The entire process was great! Tim checked in several times to assure we 100% satisfied with the service. Not only were our units and thermostats replaced with high quality products, issues we had with airflow for years were resolved in a knowledgeable and efficient manner. The crew from Five Star Air Conditioning was professional and efficient. My AC stopped working and I called them in the noon and they sent crew to check it out two hours after my call. The crew diagnosed and fixed our AC in half an hour. I highly recommend their service, very professional and efficient.

They are amazing and go out of their way to help people. Today the heater went out within my fathers house, when I called this company I spoke with someone who truly cared and due to the circumstances went above and beyond to make sure someone was at my dads house within an hour. Long story short my father is a quadriplegic and depends on the ability to control heat and AC to regulate his body temperature.
Without the heater working in winter he runs a high risk of getting pneumonia or other sicknesses. as I explained this to them they showed great concern and compassion to help my father, within an hour we had a repair man at my fathers house to fix his heater. Long story short turns out the nest thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. Not only did they show up within an amazing timely manner the repairman took the time to reconnect the thermostat for my father and to help set up his voice control.

The blower on our air handler went out over the weekend (Saturday night) when it was 115 degrees. Five Star returned my call right away, came out to evaluate the issue and ordered the part ASAP. They returned promptly after picking up the part and had everything working within 24 hours. Tim was courteous, professional and maintained telephone contact while I was working to give updates on how things were going. Would highly recommend Five Star and their team!
