I had a minor roof repair that was under warranty. I was able to get on the schedule within a week and a half. Mariano came out on a Friday to determine the issue. Early the next week he came back with his team to fix it. Not only did they fix it, they went the extra mile to remove all the tile around the area to ensure there was no further damage. I will continue to refer First Quality Roofing to my friends and family.

I called like 17 different roofing company's This one was the most professional and most importantly this one was the best priced! I had an excellent experience with this roofing company. The owner Billy Koteras is very professional but friendly and trustworthy and does what he promises. They removed my old roof and installed a new roof and everything was done right, as in the right way to do it, no corners cut. They also recently came out to repair the very same roof after a limb fell and damaged it after a year, and they repaired it just like they said they would in the quote. They were on time, never any rescheduling and they make sure you are happy with everything before they leave. I highly recommend them.

This company was recommended by our realtor as being a good quality company with reasonable rates. After almost a year after getting an initial quote from them I called to finally schedule our roof repair. They upheld their initial quote (which was half of what other companies had quoted me), had me scheduled for less than a week later, came out within the time frame they said they would and had the job completed in less than 30 minutes. Like. wow.

Very easy to work with and the roofers were able to rapidly remove and replace the existing shingle roof, including a flat roof area. The actual work was done in under 3 days. It took awhile for the trash hauling service to remove the dumpster but the roofers coordinated that. Service:Roof installation

Needed to replace a couple second story roof tiles that had been knocked off by a tree branch, one was hanging precariously over my walkway. Contacted First Quality Roofing & Insulation and they were able to proved a decent quote using a few pictures I had emailed them. They were able to fix the tiles within a couple days and did a great job matching the color.

I had First Quality Roofing out this past summer to evaluate any broken tiles and roof status. I was happy with the quote and the person sent to repair my roof. First Quality Roofing quickly responded to my request for a quote. Their rep, Jake, showed up as scheduled and offered me a quote in a timely manner. He is a very impressive young man. I signed a contract electronically and soon after got a call to schedule the work. The installation crew showed up early (I'm about an hour's drive out of Las Vegas), and immediately set to work.

By the time I got back to my house around 4 PM they were cleaning up the work site, including using a rolling magnet to pick up misc staples and nails, and a blower to clean up sidewalks and porch surfaces that had fallen asphalt from the removal process. The new roof looks beautiful! There is about 1/2 of rain and high winds forecast tomorrow so I will immediately know how intact the new roof is. I recommend this company for their work ethic, and the professionalism of their crew.

I work with a real estate/property management company and it is very difficult to find quality vendors in our area. I have been using Robert from First Quality since earlier this year and have been taken aback with the level of detail and commitment to each job that he and his company have shown over these past few months. Upon reading the reviews on Google I decided to go with First Quality Roofing over my normal roofer, professional Roofing services. Which was a mistake. The reason I chose First Quality was for their availability to complete my job. I have solar waiting for install, permits already pulled and HOA approval already done. As well as an electrician waiting to complete Services until the roof was done.

They had to come out three separate times to complete the services, and I had to repeatedly call to get a call back for proper Services. Their scheduler called and was rude and disrespectful, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I had to threaten to report them to the contractors board before they responded and sent someone back. After the third visit the job was completed but I already wasted money on permits, having to buy a new air compressor while I waited for electricians to come as well as delaying my solar install 6 weeks.

Aside from the fact that did not offer any discount for their extreme inconvenience and disrespect to me and my family, their poor craftsmanship cost me another $1,100 in redoing permits, paying nvenergy while I waited for my solar install as well as miscellaneous purchases made because I could not have the electrical work done.

Had an appointment for 8-10am. Waited my 2 hours. Nobody showed. Their office called said their guy is coming at 10:30. Waited till 10:40. Still nobody. So I got on with my day. Can't wait all morning. Disrespectful of peoples time.

First Quality sent someone to estimate the repairs needed to our roof just several days after I called them and just a week later another of their employees came to do the job. I had an estimate from a different company several weeks before First Quality and that company wanted to charge us $500 more to do the work. I'm glad we went with First Quality, not only because of the money we saved, but also because of their quick response.

Before and after pictures were provided and everything that needed to be done was explained in detail. From the girl in their office that I dealt with to the guy who came to give an estimate and then the repairman who did the work, I knew that I was in competent hands. Very professional.

We have had First Quality Roofing do 3 roofs so far, even got Solar through them. We have been very happy with them which is why we have been a repeat customer. Fair price and they were very helpful and got to it pretty quickly. I did have one issue with the roof turbines which I called about immediately. They seemed to wobble a bit compared to before.

I called to ask them about it and was told they just do that. They didn't prior to them replacing the roof so why now? Anyway, COVID hit and I wasn't outside much when it was windy but, when I finally did, I heard one of them knocking each time it went around which is very annoying when in our backyard. I guess from the recent wind here in the valley, IT CAME OFF!

I called them to see about fixing it and it feels like they are trying to fight it. I didn't get the typical. We will be right out to fix it which is what I was hoping would happen especially considering I've already called them and informed them about them being bent. One of their guys just came and took a look at it and said he will talk to his manager.

We have spent over $25,000 with this company not including solar. I Will revise this review once I know if they are or not going to replace it. It's not the cost of the turbine but the principle of the matter. UPDATE! They did take care of it and put up a brand new one! Even though they are super busy, he came out and installed it quickly. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. They take care of their customers very well. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

I had used First Quality roofing in 2020 on my roof. We knew we had a leak due to the stain on the living room ceiling. Our house is 21 years old and my husband an I are diligent in looking at the ceilings for leaks. So fortunatley there was no damage to the wood structure. The roofer came out to find where the problem was. He took pictures of where the issue was and also the broken tiles that needed to be replace.

Fast foward to 2021 and we had several rain storms and there are no stains to our ceiling (we had to touch up the ceiling). They did a great job that we called them for my mother's roof. Her house was 22 years old. Minor leak as well. They did the same procedure when they came out for her house. Very professional, clean up when the were done.

As a home inspector for the East Los Angeles California (MPPI-eLA), I was helping out a friend in their Las Vegas home roof project. I had searched around and got several quotes, but this company came in on budget with our specific roofing needs. I was impressed on the quality of the workmanship, from the drip-edge, roofing, flashing to the ridge vents was top notch installations.

They are reasonably priced and surpassed our time of completion (with weather cooperating) by one day. There prep and cleanup really says quality, especially when they are rolling a magnet to pickup those nails. I would recommend them for anyone needing a roof project in the Las Vegas area.

The roof is beautiful, however they had told me they would take care of my roof permit before any work was done. After work was done, I found out through the city that it was never filed. My old home from the 50s has 0 record of whole roof being replaced. If I decide to sell the house I just wasted 10k for nothing. On top of this the city said they should have taken care of it, and that they can fine me because they are aware wood was replaced.

It has been months since I brought up the concern to them and they give me the run around. I email them and call them. They said they had started and never provided me with anything. No one has come to inspect roof work. Nothing. I explain my concerns in a exit survey, they responded that someone would reach out to me about my experience, and that didn't happen.

What kind of company let's their customers in a potential legal issue against the city? This house has already cost a lot of money on all the repairs, the last thing I need is to have to pay fines due to this company's mistake or misleading information from sales rep.

I had this company replace my tile roof with shingles back in early December. I wanted to wait until the first rain to really review them because that's a true measure of how well a roofing job was done. Honestly, I should have guessed what was going to happen based on the poor quality of work when they first did the replacement. I had between 6-8 major issues with the job and it wasn't until the owner actually came out and looked at them that they were properly addressed.

Fast forward to this past Thursday when we had our first significant rain since the completion of the job. Water was pouring in down the wall over our patio door. I called and they sent out Vidal on Friday. Now, Vidal was the foreman that was SUPPOSED to be on the job in December, but was in Mexico at that time instead. He said they did the work correctly and it would not be warrantied.

How does he even know?! He want even around. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner only as he is the only based on previous experience. It's now Monday night and I have yet to receive a call. I'm not sure how they decided to call themselves First QUALITY, but I can assure you, they are anything but. Their original estimate was basically the same as several others I had received. I made the mistake of going with them. I strongly advise you to avoid my mistake.

From the estimate to the completed job, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and service was great. They showed up on time and cleaned up every last bit of debris. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Got a quote from angel got a few quotes from othe roofing company so i called back to see if he can do any better on the pricing and no call back did not return messages or email very un professional

Started a home renovation project with the first item being a garage to home gym conversion. I have two outside facing walls along with a ceiling that needed to be insulated. Angel came by and was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do. His quote was also 100% accurate as to what I eventually paid for the job. Very professional, which is something I really appreciate.

The two guys who came out to actually do the work were awesome and got the job done cleanly and efficiently. I just told them what needed to be done and they took care of the rest. The only reason I had to knock off a star is because of what everyone else either alludes to or outright says - scheduling the work. Getting the quote was actually done super quick, but you do have to follow up with the work order/scheduling to make sure it gets done within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I would highly recommend them!

Roof tiles flew off because of winds. First quality was quick and efficient. Had everything done quickly and with an affordable price and with hardly any contact.

If I could give a rating of zero stars, I definitely would. When they came to repair my roof, they started the job, it started sprinkling, so they told me they had covered the roof and that they were leaving. The drizzling stopped about 10 minutes later, so I went to check on the roof. To my surprise, it wasn't covered at all! No tarps, no pieces of plywood, nothing.

I then look out into my driveway and see they have left debris everywhere. Pieces of the my roof and nails are scattered everywhere. I needed to go to the store, so I had to clean up my driveway to prevent my tires from picking up nails. That all happened 2 years ago. A few weeks ago, my roof started leaking. So I called them out for warranty work and to repair the drywall that had been damaged as well.

The guy went in the roof and claimed that the leak was due to the AC unit on the roof, and he put some tar on the seams of the unity. I asked about them repairing my drywall and he said that even though they were tasked with ensuring my house didn't leak and it did, it's not their fault. Two days he said that to me, the roof started leaking again. He comes out again and restates is because the AC unit and quoted me $470 to repair a 2' by 2' section of drywall. Run far away from this company!

Terry was prompt when coming by to give me an estimate. He had a great attitude and explained everything thoroughly. He checked the roof and showed me digital pictures of the concerned areas. We set a date and his worker was prompt to do the work. He came in my house to review the work that needs to be done.

Other companies were to slow to respond with a bid or gave false information about their contractors licences.

I contacted First Quality Roofing and requested an estimate for attic insulation. They promptly set up an appointment, and a few days later Angel came out to provide me with an estimate. After inspecting the attic he provided me with a reasonable estimate, explained the process, and thoroughly answered all my questions. On the day of the job Angel and his crew arrived on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and didn't leave a mess behind. These folks were great from start to finish, specially Angel, who was extremely professional, knowledgable, and honest.
