In November 2003, Carlos & Pilar Ardila, like most immigrants in this country, realized their first American dream, purchasing their first home in Central Florida. While living in their new home, they felt the necessity of installing a fence to give the home a touch of security and elegance, especially for the benefit of their kids.

So with the kids in mind, they went about installing their first fence. As comments came in from neighbors & friends about the beauty and professional installation of their fence, the idea was started to help those around them. Viva las Fences was born. Prices are good, service is excellent and the fence it self is wonderful. I am not sure if it is the way they install the fences or the material or both, but I am REALLY HAPPY with my vinyl fence. Once we did the deal, they took care of everything. This guys are experts! I recomend this company!

It only took them about 6 hours to finish the job. And the workmanship is good and thorough. They will get the city permit for you. Pricing is very competitive. But in the end, it is about doing business with some one you like and trust.
