We used Express for a resurface and tile of our pool and could not be happier. The pricing was very good for the quality of the materials. Their patience with our questions, material selection and schedule helped to make this a great experience. The work was outstanding. Any issues we found were handled quickly. looking forward to spending time in our beautiful pool this summer.

Worked with Express Pools to remodel 30 year old pool. They were very professional. Everything promised was delivered on time and on budget. The office staff was very helpful. with design decisions. Much better to go with local, family owned company than large nationwide pool company. August 2021 update - Pool remodeling holds up very well. No issues with any part of the job done by Express Pools.

They were very professional and explained all the details every step. The subcontractors they used were great and took care to be mindful to try to minimize damage to other things on our property. They did a great job on clean up as well. They followed up also on all our concerns along the way. 5 stars all the way and we love our updated pool!

Not only was Express Pool Plastering and Repairs great at designing our new pool, but they were also efficient, profession, and provided quality service. Gabriel and Marisol did a great job with pool plaster and tiles. They fixed the pool lights and decking. Work was done timely and properly. No mess was left behind. I do recommend them for plastering and tile work.

Got these folks contacts name from my pool maintenance company. The rep came out within a day or two of my call. He took the measurements and briefly explained the process going forward. Got to pick the replacement plaster tile at their Lauder Road office; they came in on Saturday so my wife and I could make the selections. There was a huge number of samples from which to choose.

Once on the schedule, the work was carried out very quickly and efficiently.and it was fascinating to watch! They even drilled under the pool to check for Hurricane Harvey standing water. I elected to use one of their startup services to get the pool back in operation (they will explain the pros and cons). Based on my friend's and families reaction, the cost was highly competitive.

Bid process was fair and accurate.no hidden costs, no bait and switch. I did a standard pool replaster and spray over decking of my pebbled deck. Marisol and Veronica were very responsive and kept me abreast of the process and address any questions I had. The re-plaster looks excellent and I am very happy with the spray decking. I kept my existing coping and tile which saved me some money.

The process took a few weeks as to be expected as several crews were in and out and I made minimal changes to save money. EPP&R was reasonable in cost, the crews were very nice, I didn't have to be home for them but I was for a few. I am very happy with the result. My next door neighbor had his pool replastered by another company, he paid more and they mixed the plaster in his front yard killing his grass.he was envious of the workmanship and cleanliness of Express.

The crew was on time and very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves - not just my property but they took the time to clean up their own equipment before leaving on the final day. The project manager wasn't on site the whole time but he came by frequently and when needed to check up on things. Communication was great.

Loved doing business with this family owned company. They were very knowledgable and friendly. Never felt like I was being sold anything. They were very responsive with questions and estimates. In less than a week their team replaced my tile and coping and put a beautiful Radiant Fusion pebble plaster in my pool as well as replacing all my pool pumps and equipment.

This family runs an incredibly responsible and caring business. All went the way they said and they plastered our large spa.

Participated in 3 company bid for re-tile and replaster a 30,000gal pool. They were very professional, prompt with their bid and ready to do the work. I would ask them to work for me again on the next job. Veronica and Julio were standout professionals from Express that worked with me. A very good experience on the bidding side before work started.

Completely replastered and replaced waterline tile in approx. 20,000 gallon pool. The Stonescape finish and new tile look great. About 3-4 days start to finish. Veronica and Marisol in the office were very accommodating and easy to work with, and the crew worked hard. Everything was cleaned up well when they left. Recommend using Omar, who they recommended, for the 5-day startup.

I can't say enough about these guys. Communication, professionalism and quality of work were all top notch. Pool looks beautiful and they gave me a very good price. Recommended highly.
