Services
Maintenance
Report
At Evergreen Roofing, no job is too small or too big. From caulking a small hole to replacing an entire industrial roofing system; our team at Evergreen Roofing does it all. Here in the Willamette Valley moss can be a real problem, making routine roof inspections and maintenance an important part of protecting the integrity of a roofing system.
Repairs
Report
Inspection for repair of an existing roof system, replacing of an existing roof system, or replacing an entire roof system is dependent upon a physical case-by-case evaluation; wherein, the remaining serviceable life is estimated and the client's short and long-term objectives are considered.
Replacements
Report
Even with a regular scheduled maintenance program in place, a roof will leak when the existing roofing system is beyond its serviceable life. When this occurs, the cost of temporary solutions may not be justifiable. At Evergreen Roofing, issues related to time of year, occupancy, building code requirements, budget, and the owner's intended use of the building will be addressed.
Tpo
Report
A popular option for low pitch or flat roofs is a single ply membrane system. Two common single-ply membranes, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) are available in 40 to 80 mils. PVC's and TPO's come mechanically fastened or fully adhered to the roof deck with seams heat welded together.

This type of roofing can be applied on small residential walk decks as well as large industrial buildings. I hired Evergreen Roofing about two years ago to clean, treat, and repair my tile roof. They did a great job cleaning my tile roof. They did a poor job with the repair job by not saving the serviceable used tiles, as I had requested, for use in future repairs. Their error cost me about 1k. I communicated my concern, but they failed to accept responsibility and failed to make it right. I cannot recommend Evergreen Roofing for tile roof repair.

Love my new roof. They stripped my old roof, put down new decking, vented my attic properly, and laid a gorgeous new roof in a fast 1.5 days. They cleaned up afterwards as well, something I've never experienced with roofers. No stray nails or shingles in my yard! I also work odd hours and they were able to communicate over email as I sleep during normal business hours. Its been 5 months and I have no complaints. Would use them again.

Had to call 4-6 times for updates on both estimate and scheduling; took months from the original call to the actual work taking place. Wouldn't take a credit card without a 4% fee. Definitely not customer friendly/communicative. Would recommend anyone but them.

If I could give a lower rating I would. We hired Chris Adam who owns/works for Evergreen Roofing and Remodeling LLC to replace our roof and paid half the costs for deposit and signed on 4/30/2018. Mr. Adam kept postponing it for various reasons. After a while, he stopped responding to texts when I asked for a refund. So I decided to post on social media and he was quick to jump on responding on that.

He tried to say he was going to take me to court for slander, however nothing I said was false and it was all my opinion on the lack of professionalism and how he basically has stolen money from us. It is now 5/11/2020 and we have yet to get our money back. He stole over $4,000 from us. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!

I had a low slopped roof with a failing IB Roof system and older sky lights I wished to replace. I contacted Evergreen Roofing as well as 2 other long established, large, Lane County based roofing companies for bids. The bid Chris provided from Evergreen was not only competitive, but his approach to the job and the proposed materials were quite superior to what the other companies submitted.

The choice was an easy one. It was many months later until the job could be completed (which I knew upfront). The installation crew, led by Juan, was prompt, professional and all were exceptional craftsman. The left the job site cleaner than they found it and the installation quality was apparent over the failing IB system. I couldn't be more pleased. Evergreen Roofing will be my first call when this roof needs replacement. However, with the quality of the job, I don't expect this to be in my lifetime. I highly recommend Evergreen Roofing.

Evergreen replaced siding on our home. I should have trusted my instincts when the initial communication with Chris was so poor but we went ahead and had the job done as he told me there was a family illness that delayed his response. The work began and seemed to be going ok. The weather prompted a few delays so the job stretched out. After the siding was finished Chris wanted to paint and collect payment.

We were concerned about the weather and it being too cold. Chris assured us it wouldn't be a problem. He had his crew paint and then immediately asked for payment. Our initial inspection looked fair so we wrote Chris a check. Over the next few days, as the weather warmed up, it was clear the paint job was substandard. You can see the raw siding.

When we contacted Chris he then stated his sprayer wasn't working so his crew hand painted. It looks awful. We have attempted to reach Chris countless times now with zero response. He has his money now so it appears we are stuck with very poor workmanship. Homeowner beware if you go with this company!

Evergreen replaced our roofs (13 in our complex) and roof vents in 2005. We purchased ELK 30 year shingles at the recommendation of Chris (the manager). We just learned that the granule surfaces have prematurely eroded. And we have cheaply made plastic roof vents that are cracking. Both need to be replaced within the next two years. They are only 11 years old.

While I have no complaint about the application of the shingles or vents, giving reliable advice on materials is something we rely on our contractors for. When I contacted Chris about this he offered to inspect our roofs (for $200) and inquire about the ELK 30 shingle with his vendors. When I called to schedule an inspection I left several messages over two weeks time with no response. Chris later called to say he had a family emergency and admonished me for being persistent. This is not the kind of service and support I expect from a contractor. I would not recommend Evergreen roofing,
