Evergreen Carpet Care

I just want to preface this by saying I am really sad after just getting off the phone with a customer representative. We had our rugs cleaned. Two room sized rugs and two runners. I am an elementary school teacher who also doordashes and work other odd jobs just to make ends meet. We were so happy to move into our first nice apartment, and spent money we didn't have on getting our rugs cleaned so we could enjoy having a nice space.

Both my partner and I work very hard, and I had been looking forward to getting the rugs back for almost two weeks. I rushed home from work to see how it all looked. We spent 645 dollars (more than we really could afford) to get them cleaned. The tech didn't set them up, or set up the special anti-mold underlayer we paid extra for. The rugs are a beautiful refreshed color, but they came back with glitter ALL in them, white threads and hairs smashes into the fabric, and lint crushed into them.

We are low income, and the rugs may not be very high quality.but I am really sad about this. When I called, the customer service rep was understandably frustrated with how upset I was, but instead of listening or showing empathy, he said I was nasty (I did use an angry tone and express my frustration) and talked over me. He said he couldn't get it back in time, and at this point there is no time for me to set up another appointment as I work 15 hours a day for the next 4 months to make ends meet during summer.

I am so discouraged by this experience, that I won't even pursue a refund. I was told to take photos and call the manager another day, or set up another appointment.but at this point I would just rather accept that I will have to just be satisfied with how it is. I don't trust that they can fix things. I hope others have better service :-(

Jarrett just finished cleaning our carpets and he did a great job. In fact, he was able to remove some spots that another carpet cleaning company said could not be removed. I would highly recommend Evergreen and Jarrett for any carpet cleaning. Service:General carpet cleaning

Jarrett was beyond professional when he cleaned our carpets. We started the day off with our dog passing away with him here. Needless to say this was not planned and it was too late to reschedule. He was very respectful and gave us our space. He did an amazing job on our carpets. I would recommend him any time. The tech, Jarett, did an extensive and very thorough upholstery cleaning on our extra large van. It looked fantastic after he was finished with it. He also did a much needed deep clean of our upholstered recliner and carpets. It's amazing what a difference it made! He called when he was on his way and arrived within the two hour time slot. He was very very positive and had a great attitude even though it took him extra time to clean our van. Great customer service. This was the second time we have used Evergreen and will use them again in the future.

Don't waste your time with the carpet repair service. They had to reschedule me last minute after a holiday weekend because their tech didn't show up. The next day I paid $225 for 15 minutes of work from the carpet repair tech. In the end the result wasn't great and he wasn't helpful to make it better or make the job right. For paying so much for so little work I would expect better customer service. The carpet cleaning itself was OK.

I used Evergreen in the past and was happy with it. I just had them a couple weeks ago to do my entire home and it doesn't look like I even had my carpets cleaned at all. I'll be hiring another company to come out to redo the job I paid $300 for them to do. I had even told a friend to call them for her house but after this experience let her know to try somewhere else. Super unhappy.

I waited too long to call to get my carpets cleaned but Evergreen fit me in the very next day. Thank you for that! If you're lucky enough to get Zane as your technician, then you'll find him professional, friendly, and quick! I usually use another service, but pretty sure I will call Evergreen next time. They were able to come out quick and did a great job on some pet stains.

For 110 bucks. I'm sure I could have just bought the machine and did a better job myself. But of course I went the easy route, definitely won't use them again. I wasted my money.

Feel like I have a new home! We had serious carpet bubbling on our upstairs carpet, so I booked Evergreen for a cleaning and stretching to fix the bubbling. The tech Angelo was outstanding in regards to attention to detail, communication, and manner. Was super kind and someone you immediately trust knows their stuff and will offer a fair estimate.

He went above and beyond to ensure the shoddy installation that led to rippling was fixed and also explained the whole process so I could see why it was happening. My carpets look perfect now! No more ripples or stains. Super happy I called Evergreen. Making an appt and communication was a breeze. Will call them again in the future. They are pros!

The Technician Donte was on time, pleasant, worked really hard, and was nice to my grandson who kept asking him what is he doing. My carpets look, smell, and feel great. Excellent job all-around. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price was much cheaper, and they even gave me a discount for doing multiple items. I would even say it was a more thorough cleaning as well. It was about an hour from knocking on the door to wheels up to clean a 10'x12' rug and two couches, and 3-5 hours to dry, exactly what they told me. I will definitely be using them from now on to clean my stuff.

Colt came to my house today and cleaned my carpets, he did such a awesome job! I had just paid OXI Clean $180 to clean my carpet and they did a horrible job, you couldn't even tell they had been cleaned.

After my carpets dried there were still a few spots that showed back up. He did an ok job, but was clearly in a hurry. Showed up at my house at 810 am and was gone by 9am. And it cost me $150. I asked about getting my couches cleaned and he quoted me $160 for my sectional, and told me he could have everything done in about 1 hour and 20 mins.

I called and made an appointment, they gave me a window of 1-3pm. The tech arrived approx. 3:10pm. No call saying they would be a little late. Then the tech, Joe says its an additional $30 for a pretreatment and made it sound like it was a must.

I had these guys come out and do my carpets and I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to make them look like new again in the heavy traffic areas. I was pleasantly surprised that they got me scheduled quickly and the carpet looks like new! Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful - I highly recommend Evergreen Carpet Care!

Had my couches cleaned on August 14 by Ray Brady. My couches were very dirty from 3 little dogs. Ray was not only personable, but he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Ray at Evergreen to clean your carpets or furniture.

We just had our carpets cleaned and they look awesome. We had all six rooms cleaned and they still look awesome a week later! We have pets and two kids, so the carpet looked like it had been through a war zone.

I found the company through groupon. after reading the review from the guy that works cleaning carpets i have to agree with him. I vaccumed myself because to me that was logical i didn't expect them to do it but they did charge extra for deep cleaning.

I've been using Evergreen about every 6 months for years, mostly because of the truck mounted unit but also because their employees are always competent and professional. I really appreciate their follow-up call a couple of days later, since not all stains can be seen when the carpet is still wet.
