I have had ES Heat and Air our twice, both times, the technician has rushed through the fix, not checking the entire system, just going off the first problem they see. Now my thermostat is reading 80 degrees and I will be calling them for the third time in two weeks tomorrow. If I had not already paid them I would call someone else, but unfortunately I’m stuck with them.

The technician called before arriving and was at my house within minutes of the beginning of the window. He diagnosed the problem, showed me alternatives to fix it, and repaired as I asked him to. Professional and fast. And now we have cold air again!

ES Heat & Air provided the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever worked with. They are non-responsive and provide sub-par work instead of correcting an issue and then proceed to literally ignore requests for return. This is not how you conduct business in a customer service-based industry.

Great job installing inside and outside units. And in addition kept my older unit running well. I believe the unit was at least 20 years old. He is a man of his word and he completes work when scheduled.
