Very helpful staff, which is good because without help I would have no clue where anything is in the store.

For the past two years, Empire pools has helped us out with opening & closing our above ground pool. The staff is always helpful and answered any questions that I have. The crew that worked on the pool were quick and efficient! Thank you for great work!

They were out of stabilizer (our second trip to try to get it) and they won't agree to put some aside for us saving us a 1 hour roundtrip drive. In addition they could only perform a portion of the test on our pool water as they were out of supplies for the other tests.

Ordered a pool from Tony May 18th.said it would be in with in 2 weeks and installed last week of june/first week of July We called July 5th they said we are on the schedule. July 6th they called and wanted to deliver pool said their installer will be out soon.on July 7th their installer called and scheduled last weekend in July. said that empire only e-mailed him July 5th to set up pool.

We ordered it May 18th! Why wait a month and a half to call the installer. I would of not bought the pool if I knew it was going to be this late for the install.if it was scheduled when we bought it it would be up a few weeks ago.

I've read some reviews. We've had our pool for 3 summers now. We bought it in March of 2017. It was scheduled for install beginning of June. When all was said and done, it was completed and of July 2017. This sucked and was not what we expected. However we are very thankful that the store and the pool installer where very percular with making sure the weather conditions where perfect.

We didn't get to use it much that year. However we've been able to enjoy it all last summer and this summer and summers to come. In addition the store staff gave us honest opinions on products and didn't try to upsell us or push a sale. As first time pool owners they were very helpful.

Empire Pool of Concord is the greatest! They are straight forward with answers to the concerns that you ask them to help you with. Jeff and Tony are great guys that will do their best to help and not just try to sell you something! They devote their knowledge to customer care!

Honestly one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever experienced in my entire life. I would highly highly suggest that you not use them for anything. My fiance and I bought a new house with a pool this year, and we used them to open it. We explained very clearly that neither of us had any experience owning or operating a pool. They very clearly told us not to worry, that they worked with lots of new pool owners, and that they'd be happy to walk us through it.

Over the course of the next three months we gave them more than $1,000, they sent crews out to our house on two different occasions, we called them with problems around a dozen times, we did everything they said, including spending hours teaching ourselves how to disassemble and reassemble our original D.E. filter, lowering and raising water levels, going through multiple courses of chemicals and at the end of the summer, our pool will not have been open for a single day.

More than $1,000, around a dozen phone calls, and who knows how many hours of effort, and to show for all of that, we got literally 0 minutes of swimming. Empire Pools is astonishingly incompetent. Go somewhere else.

I heard of the last couple of negative reviews and felt the need to counter with my experiences. For years, the folks in the Concord store have been great to me. I take care of two pools and have found that any time I have a question or need product, the staff at the store always have the answers I need and that they're correct. The inventory in the store is great and they'll order anything I need or point me in the right direction for products that they can't get for me. Friends and colleagues that I've sent there have had the same great service. If they weren't the great group that they are, I wouldn't be sending friends there and I'd be shopping somewhere else.

Worst customer service! They lied about the cost of a pool liner and I've been waiting 33days and counting for it to arrive. I have no words really! At one time I would have given them 5 stars! Right now they don't deserve the one I have to give them.

I have been using Empire Pool to open and close my pool for about 8 or 9 years. This year, we had an issue concerning a part of the pool closing, and I was unhappy. Jeff from Empire called me the next day, and we were able to resolve the issue, and I am now relieved and happy to say that you can trust that Empire Pool will do the job, and work with you if there is an issue.
