The most fair & honest A/C company I have ever dealt with. They don't pad the bill or excessively charge for labor, they are very transparent, and show you if something needs to be replaced and why. I use them for my businesses and my relative's homes as well.

Edward, the owner, is a real expert in tankless water heaters. After interviewing five other plumbing companies and countless hours of research, we met with him and he confirmed what I had thought from my previous experience with Rinnai tankless water heaters. His quote and his approach saved us thousands of dollars and the space for the old tank in our small laundry room.

That by itself makes me thrilled we went with him. Then his team showed up and did an amazing job of installing the unit, minimizing the damage, and finding the electric source they needed. They cleaned up beautifully, were quiet and inobtrusive while they worked, and performed some "tie off" work like capping the old air gap on the roof and putting a plate over it on the inside ceiling. Could not be more pleased with these guys!

We first encountered Emmco when we asked our trusted electrician for a recommendation. The situation in the heating closet of a property we bought was not pretty, but Ed came up with an elegant solution to streamline the heating/cooling and hot water which was way better than what we were thinking of doing and not much more expensive. Their workmanship was really nice, very efficient and well thought out. They did not cut any corners. They were on time, on budget and left the job as neat as they found it.

EMMCo is non commission. Most AC companies work on commission. I feel very comfortable with that they won't over charge. They also were out within 2 hours to fix issue. Thanks EMMCo!

Wow. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They installed a new air conditioner for a very reasonable price. They were on time and did a great job. Even came back at later date and replaced return air vents (they were making loud noise). Great job. I highly recommend them.

After many quotes for over $300 and needing two people to fix my wall unit, Eric from emmco came out by himself and fixed my unit perfectly by himself for $205 in a timely manner. Also last summer our AC unit went out in August. Emmco's owner came out personally, evaluated our situation and gave an honest opinion to have the coolant replaced rather than try to sell us a new unit like everyone else tried to do. It's working great and we saved a bunch of $$$. This is an honest fair well run company.

I've had terrific service and pricing from Emmco over the years. Today, William helped me when my unit was down. He was professional, friendly, kept me informed, and did a great job getting my AC running. After some troubleshooting, he found various things needing fixing. Very thorough. When I got the bill total, I was relieved. So fair. Emmco is my favorite.

I would shop around for more honest people. I was charged a service fee for a question about a unit they installed. Teresa said no problem I'll have Ed come out there and take a look at it. From my understanding it was a installation issue and still under warranty. She not once mentioned a service fee. Had I known that I would of never of had them come out.

The question could of easily been answered over the phone. It shows how bad they would screw over there customers. $95 for a simple question! Stay away from this company! I also called several other companies and explained my situation and they said they would of never of charge for a installation issue. This company never installed a damper and now wants to charge me on top of the $95 for service fee. They still didn't provide the part and took my money won't answer the phones or respond to my emails. Stay away Tucson!

I wish there were six stars. Emmco is and has always been amazing. They have done many of the ac conversations for my family over the years. With my God fathers and fathers units they have always stood by there work. Recently my unit was acting up. I called and made an appointment before leaving town on my families first vacation in years. Upon returning the unit wasn't working at all.

I already had them scheduled for the next day. When they showed up to service the unit they also fixed the problems and barley charged me more that the service call was supposed to be to fix the entire unit. I really appreciated how they checked and explained things. I do most of the work around the house, but when it is something like this that I don't specialize in I freak out. They were such a big help.

I've used EMMCo twice in the past year for repairs to my 21 year old HVAC system. Both times the service was on time and professional. Most recently, Ed came out the same day I called them and was able to get me back up and running in less than an hour after replacing a bad capacitor. My interactions with EMMCo have left me feeling confident in their ability to solve problems efficiently without selling me something I don't need. EMMCo will be first on my list when I replace my system. I highly recommend them.

No charge! he could have told me it needed a new compressor for $1500 and i would have gotten it.

We have used EMMCO twice now. Our first experience was a tankless water heater 5 years ago, followed by a Daikin A/C for a bedroom this year. The owner Ed, is very knowledgeable about the best solution for your home, and his technicians are very capable at installing the equipment. I would highly recommend their services.

I was very happy with the service I received from Emmco. My heat pump went down and we were getting down to freezing temperatures. They were able to send out a service tech right away and my system was up in running.

Had AC issues just after we bought this house. American Home Shield would reset something, get the unit working and leave. Gave up on them and called Emmco. Got right down to the problem. The mother board was burnt to a crisp. They jumped around it while they got a new mother board, replaced it and things have been fine since. Like three years. Emmco gets high marks ( as you can see in my rating). This does not speak very well for AHS. They should have replaced the mother board. It would seem they took the easy way out.
