An ALTA/NSPS survey is one that has been prepared to the minimum standards of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) or the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). ALTA / NSPS surveys are generally required by lenders to accompany a title insurance policy when financing commercial and industrial properties.

We provide Mortgage / Title Surveying services in San Antonio, Bexar & Surrounding Counties. This type of boundary survey generally determines land boundaries and existing building and improvement locations. Mortgage surveys are required by title companies and lending institutions when they provide financing.
Boundary
A boundary survey determines the property lines of a parcel of land according to the location, study, and interpretation of all the available deeds, contracts, maps, wills, or other documents that contain a description of the land boundaries.
As Built Survey
