I've worked with many contractors over the years and Elco is a true rockstar. He's everything good I've ever looked for in a contractor: capable, experienced, friendly, well-versed, reasonably priced and one other thing I've never found in a contractor -- ROCKET FAST. Almost always with contractors in this 50 year old house there are "surprises" of various kinds in the walls to be discovered when things are improved. and for this repair it was no different.

It usually takes the contractor hours to work it out but in his case it was "uh oh. ok, no problem" and it was handled just as fast as if there was no problem at all. I even called him back the next week to fix some other things that I'd been putting off. Very happy. highly recommended.
