Eco Elite Pest Control has been my go to service for the past five years. Their knowledge in the space and attention to detail is the best I have experienced in 20+ years of home ownership. We had the usual suspects in pests - silverfish and spiders. Eco Elite knew exactly what was needed to control these pests. Most of the time treatments were done outside.

A time or two they treated inside the home but we never experienced an unpleasant smell or concern for our pet's health. I really liked how they willingly shared their knowledge with me about the ladybugs and drone flies we had around our home. Like learning from a good friend. Appointment notifications and billing are very efficient and easy. We recently moved out of state and I wish that I could call on Eco Elite in our new home.

We had a flea problem last year, and called Eco Elite to take care of it. I had a pregnant wife and a young child so we asked a million questions about poison and safety and David was amazingly patient. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We saw him a couple of times because our problem was in the garage which is harder to treat. He was kind and patient in every interaction, even though I know we asked too many questions and took too much of his time. Anyone that doesn't give David 5 stars is lying.

I was nervous about having pest control come out, for many reasons, but Eco Elite was wonderful. After our first visit I know more about pests than I ever expected, but I already tried the tips that were given and they worked! Also, they were very knowledgeable regarding the pests we had and were happy to explain what they were, what they liked/didn't like, and offered many cheap options to rid our houses of the pests we have/had. And with their quarterly visits, if something comes up and they are needed between visits it's free! Can't beat that.
