After calling a few different companies and getting some outrageous prices to get my LG fridge repaired, I came across Discount Appliance Repair. Thomas was able to come out and replace the compressor in no time and at a much better price than others! He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. Within a day he was able to get the necessary parts and complete the repairs. I highly recommend Thomas at Discount Appliance Repair for any appliance need!

Our fridge/freezer went out over the weekend, of course right after I just spent $$$ on groceries the week before . I called Discount Appliance Repair first thing Monday morning. He was at my house earlier then he originally estimated (within one hour of the phone call to him) and was able to diagnose right away that the inverter board died. Estimated time of part arrival and installation was 1-2 days.
All day Tuesday (regular business hours) had passed so I figured we'd be waiting until Wednesday. When the fridge is out, it's hard to do anything in the kitchen! He called at 6 pm tonight (Tuesday) and said he just got the part in and would like to come install it. Of course we are ecstatic! Back up and running and we are so pleased with our service. 10/10 would recommend!

I called Discount Appliance Repair yesterday for my washer repair. Technician Thomas asked few questions over the phone and was able to identify the problem. He made an appointment the following day in the morning. Came in on time, even had part with him. He was able to repair my washer within 20 minutes. Now it works like brand new. I am very happy with the service and definitely will call again for any future repairs. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Called Discount Appliance Repair company when my washer stopped draining. They answered the phone right away and was able to send technician the next day early morning. He came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Had part in stock. Within half an hour my washer was fixed. Very happy with such a great and timely service.

I called Discount Appliance Repair to have my oven repaired which was not heating to desired temperature. They were able to come out the next day and had parts available in stock to get the repair done on a spot. Very professional and knowledgeable! A friend from my work referred me to Discount Appliance Repair company. He said that they offer free estimate if you do the repair and have good customer service. A late review but i really wanted to give some props to Ecco Appliance! We had an issue with a loud noise coming out of the dishwasher every time we tried to use it a couple of months ago. Called Ecco Appliance Service to see if they could fix that. They showed up on the same day and fixed the issue without any complications.

Honest, reliable, friendly, and fast! When the larger of my double ovens refused to heat up, I looked to Yelp and found Ecco Appliance Repair Service. Thomas stopped by a few hours later, took a look, and knew what was the problem. He was sure he had the part we needed and said he'd be back after he finished his calls for the day.
