We've used Easley on different occasions for both our house and my parent's house after water damage was done. They were contracted by the insurance company. They worked closely and seamlessly to get the work done and the payment covered. When there was an issue, Scott immediately had it taken care of without question. They went above and beyond with their services. Highly recommend.

I can't express how happy I am with Easley Contractors. They were easy to work with, responsive and answered all my questions. The workers were always on time. The work went according to schedule and I always knew ahead of time what work was to be performed. They also provided an up front estimate with diagrams with itemized tasks and details. Started out with an insurance claim and then had them repaint the whole interior. The general contractor was very knowledgeable and all the teams that came out did great work. Would highly recommend.

Hands down, some of the worst contract work that I've ever seen. I had a water pipe burst in my home during a winter freeze. This is the contractor that was appointed to me from my insurance company. New walls through the whole house and my sockets and light switches are not lining up. Some sockets don't work. Some of my light fixtures got damaged during the repair from being wrapped in painters tape instead of wrapping the tape around the plastic that was supposed to cover them. There's paint and wood stain that was spilled on the brand new carpet that was put down.

There was a three man crew here working all over the place. I guess they figured they'd meet in the middle. Trim work has gaps. I'm far worse off than before. If I were to keep this house I'd have to rework every room in here. Needless to say, the work was done so poorly that I'm actually selling my home now. This isn't the only reason that I'm moving, but, it is the reason that the move will be made sooner. I wouldn't let these day laborers anywhere near my property again.

Easley Contractors were a dream to work with during our first (and hopefully only) insurance claim. They are responsive and punctual. Scott assessed our situation and lined up all of the tasks we needed done to fully repair our home. They have access to well vetted sub-contractors who complete work in a timely manner.

Have used them for years on three different homes, personal and rental. Called them for an insurance claim estimate for some recent damage to our personal home and was quoted a $100 fee for an estimate to just come out. This is arbitrary because its an insurance claim. Sad to say, our relationship in using them is now over.

The shower head in my shower had broken off and what I didn't realize was that it was leaking inside the wall and onto the subflooring. I called Easley at the recommendation of my insurance agent. They promptly returned my call and were able to come and fix my shower within just a few days. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. They repaired my shower, and I have had no issues since the repair. Scott came and inspected the work and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. Overall a smooth and stress free experience!

Easley was one of the recommendations from my insurance company. I had water leak into a bedroom due to an ice dam from the big 2021 snow storms. Of course this was during the pandemic. Everything got done quicker that I expected. The contractors/subs all did a great job. Some drywall had to be replaced on the wall and part of the ceiling. The ceiling has popcorn and you cannot tell that anything had been wrong! The flooring had to be replaced. The room and ceiling re-painted. The room looks great.

I had Andy calhoun come check on my house and they had 3 guys come and have it finished quickly and very clean afterwards.

Used for an insurance repair for hardwood replacement and refinishing. Responsive and were incredible to work with when another non insurance repair came up during the repair process. They helped to coordinate the other repair during this and just went above and beyond. Pleased with quality of job. I was always able to reach someone when I had questions and Paul was very responsive during the job process.

They start off great but in the end they do not following through. You need watch the the day to day operations because they are not someone they checks on the project daily. I was not happy with the level of service provided.
