We had this company plant new plants and lay landscape rock in 2019. My husband called them numerous times in 2020 to discuss the need to replace a hydrangea that was planted as it was not healthy in the spring. They never showed up to look at it. Last year( first spring) it had one small blossom. It is dead this spring. Our neighbors used them in 2020 to have their leaves picked up.

Our lawn was clean and free of leaves. It was a windy day when they cleaned the neighbors yard. Our yard was full of leaves when they finished the neighbors. My husband called them and reported the situation. They gave excuses such as, "We can't control the weather and We have only so many days to complete our work". They did not offer to clean the mess they had created. Avoid using this company.

They maintain the property I work at, they do spectacular work, lawn looks fresh and green and perfect year round, makes our company look like we really know what we're doing the industry of electrical engineering, assembly, and Hydraulics of Dakota Fluid and Power. I'm on the assemblers team at this company.

They just tried to blow out my sprinkler system, Sept 19th. When I said I thought it was too early in the season the guy said it was HOA guidelines. I said I would call them and as he walked away he said "I hope it freezes up on you." Nothing below 43 in the 15 day forecast.

We have Eagle Lawn do maintenance at our HOA, last week end we were out of town and when we returned they were at the houses turning on the sprinkler system. we pulled in the drive and a guy came up and asked if he could get in to turn on the water for the system. When we entered the home my wife could hear a loud buzzing noise, come to fine out that the Eagle employee pushed the outside door bell button so hard it jamed it causing the inside door bell unit to not ring.

I called Eagle and explained the situation and they became rude and said "How is that our problem". your guy pushed the button hard enough to make it jam! very frustrating that people can do damage and not be responsible!

I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Eagle Lawn & Landscaping. I hired them for mowing and string trimming. The pictures attached were taken less than a day after they were out to mow; the images represent a typical visit. The jagged/dull edges of the grass indicate a dull blade. The circular pattern left behind seems to indicate the speed of the mower was far too fast for the speed of the blade.

This has caused my grass, especially the nice new young grass, to become matted down and start dying. There have been times where the grass reached over 14 long before I got out there with a thatching rake to pull it up and mow it myself. (leaving spots of dead grass underneath) The owner called me and claimed that they couldn't see any issues with the quality of their work.

I asked if he'd be willing to stop out so I could show exactly what I'm complaining about, but he wasn't interested. It's probably worth noting that one of their employees also ran their mower into my siding and broke a chunk of it off. There was an attempt to dismiss responsibility; ultimately I just decided to fix it myself.

Eagle Lawn has been doing our yard service for many years and they are professional and consistent with applications and service. Bob and team are responsive to special needs to keep the yard looking great for those special occasions.

We've been customers of Eagle for many years. They treat our lawn besides doing the fall clean up and maintaining the sprinkler system. We've also had them do landscaping around our house. Every experience with them has been positive. All of the workers are very pleasant and helpful, eager to assist and answer any questions we have.

Eagle Lawn and Landscaping did our new house landscaping during the 2016 summer. We thought they did a good job of installing what we wanted. We were very disappointed in the add ons to the project and extreme over-pricing. Part of this was our, the customer, fault for not getting a price upfront! Lesson learned.

I had a 30x7 foot area of rock/mulch removed, dirt brought in to have leveled, and seed put in. The ground I couldn't even mow if the grass were to come up because it was not level at all. When I looked closer they covered a ton of rock with dirt instead of removing it.

Amazing customer service and beautiful results! We had a paver patio done with a fire pit and path up to the door. They did a great job with grading of our yard and completing the finishing touches of edging, laying rock, and planting grass.

Eagle Lawn and landscape came out to my home for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with their power raking and bagging service. I have a large yard, their quote was fair and the outcome fantastic! They are very professional and I would recommend their service to others.

Our companies have used Eagle for our landscape maintenance and snowplowing needs at our three commercial buildings in NE Sioux Falls since 2002 and have always been completely satisfied with their work.

Do a horrible job of maintaining a lawn and cleaning up after themselves. Also do not know how to take care of peoples plants and shrubs. Never have them do anything to my lawn or landscaping again if i had a choice and did not live in an association.

I have always been one to take great pride in my yard. Unfortunately, the maintenance work involved is a larger project than I can assume on my own. Thus, several years ago I contacted Eagle Lawn and Landscape. They have provided me exceptional service beginning each spring through early fall.

Wouldn't know how good they are. I submitted a consultation on line and never heard back from them.

They always do great work, they should however open up a franchise in rapid city!
