I would give them less stars if I could. From the first time we met the owner, who is apparently their only sales person, I didn't like him. But, he offered a deal that just couldn't be ignored. From the minute we signed the contract, there was an obvious lack of organization and professionalism. There was never any communication about who was coming to the house or when.
After our windows were finally ordered and delivered, months after signing, long after the promised start date, one was delivered with a shattered sash. It has yet to be repaired. Then, Craig broke our contract when we refused to raise the loan amount because the price of siding went up. The windows were put in quickly and sloppily, and we had an inspector come look at it and he gave us the inspection FOR FREE because of how bad he felt over our situation. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.
They act like it's all their own guys, but they are merely paper pushers who hire other companies, and they will drop you if you don't play by their rules. I have called several times this month for the warranty information on our windows to repair a new crack in a window, they continue to say they will call back and have not done so. My lawyer is on speed dial.

Roof replacement. Crew arrived at 8AM, complete tear off and new wood installed. These guys worked all day, rotated lunches so there was always someone working. Kept us informed on all work being done. Worked until dark, came back at 8:30 AM the next day and finished cleaning up what was to dark to find the night before. Our new roof looks wonderful. I will absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.!

Dear Craig Parker, We just want to tell you how pleased we are with the work you did on my house. Anyone who sees my kitchen and bathroom cannot believe it is the same house. Your workmen were so talented and so very nice. They really took pride in their work. Every part of this work was perfectly set up and done. Leslie kept my wife and I comfortable during the whole project.

The boys did a great job. Their workmanship is very good. They know what they are doing and how to get the job done together. John and Andy seem to work together very well.
