I had a maintenance contract with very regular service. Drain line clogs, starts filling up floor. During normal hours the charged over $300 to come fix it. I fired them immediately. They didn't even care. Never followed up.

I had a technician show up without any equipment for repair. He had to get another Tech to bring tools and equipment back to my property. He wasn't sure what the problem really was. Not to mention I'm on a 2-47 Club with Dash Heating and Cooling which consist of regular tune ups to catch problems. They still wanted me to Pay a $90 service fee for the Tech who showed up to do absolutely nothing. Didn't break the unit down nor turn the thermostat on. Just guessed me into buying another Unit because my warranty was up.

We moved here a year ago and Dash has saved us more than once with our air conditioning systems. We tried to use our home warranty and it was a mess. Dash made the repairs quickly, within an hour, came earlier than expected, and gave us options. I made our appointment at 6 a.m. and they said, "no worries, we will be there this afternoon". They came at 10 a.m. We are thankful and impressed by their great service.

Dash responded quickly and professionally to our request for AC help. We had two AC units completely die at the same time and they came out quickly for a quote and was able to install by the next week. Their office went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have experienced from a contractor. 10/10 recommend, we look forward to working with them in the future!

I've used them since I moved in my house and have nothing but good to say about them. Low monthly payment less than $20 gets me free service to both air conditioning and heater along with lower pricing on parts if ever needed which has been rare. They employ ex law enforcement and military which makes me feel better knowing they are crawling around my house. Send u a pic b4 they get here so u know what they look like & their name. Awesome & honest business. Love these guys.

The technician came out to perform yearly springtime maintenance on my A/C/system. It so happened that the day or two before my appointment, the indoor unit starting leaking water. It turned out to be a clogged drain line, which was addressed as part of the regular maintenance. In addition to unclogging the drain line, technician, Nathan, also thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit, added coolant, and got everything to where it would be functioning at high level. Nathan was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and shared some tips to make sure we would be getting maximum performance from our system.

First time using Dash and Techs were super! Arrived on time, very friendly and respectful. Was thorough when explaining what needed to be done and gave me options as well as a breakdown of costs to repair before starting any work. Great experience and will be using again. David, the service tech, was prompt, professional and courteous and, after he diagnosed my problem, let me know my options, got to work and fixed the issue. A HUGE plus was that Dash still has R22, so one of my options was available to tide me over till I get a new unit! Thanks David and Dash for the outstanding service! Highly recommend!

I'm blown away by DASH! They were prompt and professional. Robert Cato was my technician and was fantastic. He was courteous of my home and fixed the problem in minutes. He really explained the system in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use DASH for any future needs. Thank you so much!

Dash installed a new unit for us a few years ago and has serviced it since. They have always been very thorough, professional, and friendly. My units were in great shape untill they serviced them. Now, one problem after another. They claim to fix one problem and the. 2 weeks later I am out of refrigerant etc. I honestly think they sabotaged my units because they are under warranty. Do not use these folks.

I went to Dash 4 months ago for a new air unit. They have been out so many times to fix problems that I've lost count. Now we are sitting in a mobile home for the 2nd day with no air and the temperatures in here reaching 95+ degrees. After many phone calls about the part to fix it I keep being told that it's on its way but it's coming from Dallas.

I have been told that for 26 hours now and the last time I went to Dallas it only took around 5 hours. My mom has lung issues and I guess we will have to pay for a hotel room to keep her from getting sick. I wish I had made a better choice in companies to turn to

Would leave zero starts if possible. They were overpriced by over $2,200 from another competitor. We did not get their system. The consultant came into my home without a mask on. I had to call the main office on Cantrell to report the issue. I saw him on the cameras on my house. There machine leaked water all over our bedroom carpet. They would not reimburse us for the expense to get the water out the carpet. Wish I had read the reviews prior to calling them. Mr Justin, the technician was very nice. He should find another company to work for.

I am very disappointed. Looked online for Bob and Ed's on my phone and when I touched their number it went to Dash. They came out and diagnosed the problem, and said a part had to be ordered that might come in 3-5 days. After 8 days they finally fixed my problem for 50% more than other quotes I got. I tried to cancel them, but couldn't. They promised an appointment after tracking the part. When it did come they said they had rescheduled me for the next day. So, I say stay away from them. This is the first time posted a rewview.

This was my first time using Dash Heating n Cooling and they did a outstanding job. Hugo was the technician that came to my house and he was very knowledgeable about the service maintenance that needed to be done! He explained everything he was doing n my unit is good to go and I really appreciate the job that was done

I'll see if these people contact me tomorrow about multiple issues, regarding undersized unit they installed, yearly service contracts they charged for that did not detect leak and then charged $350 for freon leak, after paying for a service contract. Thus far it seems I will probably have to rate them 0 stars like most other ratings I see, .but will wait and see if they respond tomorrow.

I know where live (palm springs; hot hot) they wouldn't last a month from what I have seen thus far. Guess I'll wait and see if they make restitution before I send a bad post. Hope to our experience has been better than mine.

Tried my best to let Dash attempt to service the units they installed when I built my house. They continue to due 'band-aid fixes' and charge hundreds of dollars each time they show up. They don't charge by the hour. they charge by the task. A simple thermostat replacement (10 minute job) cost $174 (that included my 'membership discount'). 2 weeks ago they came out to fix one of my 3 units.

They charged $350 to 'add Freon', but didn't actually fix anything. This week, during my annual maintenance, they informed me the Freon had leaked out, but that the cost to 'find the leak' was a flat rate of $255. They will then inform me how much it will cost to 'attempt a fix'. My experience with Dash. Everything they do is an attempt to come back out so they can get more $$$$.

I paid $200 for a tune up on my AC. I thought they were supposed to do something besides give you a bill and a list of parts they wanted you to pay to replace. They didn't even provide me with a copy of the assessment. They actually broke one of my previously working units in the process (see previous review). What a waste of $200.

Be very cautious! the "technicians" made several trips to evaluate and fix AC. Each visit cost $300-400, none of which ever fixed the problem. Each new technician identified a new problem. We ended up replacing a 1 year old heat pump that they could not fix after 3 expensive evaluations and charges. The parts were under warranty but the labor charges were too high to make the repair feasible. Example; there was a $ 400 charge to replace a wire that cost less than $30 dollars and was NOT done by certified electrician.

Be careful what you asked for as they expect you to evaluate and assess all your electrical and technical problems before they arrive. If you want a technical evaluation by a certified tech you must request that specifically, otherwise a sales rep will arrive and give you an estimate based on observation of your equipment and house.

UPDATE: I changed my review from 5 star to 1 due to their customer service after installation. After purchasing outside and inside units from Dash, about 14 months later our air conditioning wouldn't work so we called and did not have a good experience. They didn't call back on first call. Then when I called again they said they couldn't come for a week.

I asked if they could come after hours and I'd be willing to pay that extra since my husband was recovering from major surgery. They informed me that wasn't possible and this wait time was "standard" service for all companies. Well it is NOT. I called Airmasters, whom I've never dealt with, and they scheduled us same day. We had great experience with them. I'm so disappointed with Dash and that I have to write this but consumers need to know my full circle experience.

The installation was good experience when they were getting lots of money for new unit but after installation was terrible customer service. I no longer recommend this company. --------------------------- We purchased both inside and outside air conditioning units. We shopped with about 3 dealers and chose Dash mainly because we felt the sales representative answered all our questions and seemed to have integrity and was honest with us on any electric bill savings.

This was a year ago and I waited to post this to see how our bills would run. I am happy to say we are on levelized billing and have a $20 a month decrease with the levelized amount even with harsher weather to compare. The company did everything the sales rep said they would with their delivery date and professionalism. I do recommend this comp

On Friday I came home from a long week work to a house with no air conditioning on a hot summer day. My house was in the 80s and I knew I needed someone to come to the house immediately. I tried calling another company and the technician wouldn't give me an estimate on the cost and also told mw It would be over two hours before he even got to my house.

So I called Dash, the company right down the road and I am so glad I did! Courtney got to my house within 45 minutes and an hour and a repaired wire later, my AC was back up and running and cooling down my hot house. I even signed up for a monthly maintenance program to ensure my AC's health stays up to date. If you're in need of a AC repair, I can't recommend Dash enough!

I normally try to only leave positive reviews for businesses, especially local ones but Dash really came up short on their customer service. I got an annual service agreement set up and had an appointment for a technician to come out. They called to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail. I responded by email because it's easier to follow-up that way (24 hr availability) rather than by calling.

The day of the appointment, no one shows up. I call and their phone system is down with no forwarding. I get a response by email that "the technician couldn't reach you by phone and there was not one home." When I told her I was home (because I work from my home) I was told "It is our company policy not to send technicians out unless we can verify by phone that they are present to eliminate unused time.

When we couldn't reach you by phone and we received no call back, we directed him to another call." I keep my cell phone on silent because I get countless spam calls per day (even local numbers). So, did someone come out to my home or not? I suspect not because my small dog would've barked her head off if she heard someone on the porch. They offered to reschedule the appointment but after all this fun, who would want to?

When I asked for a refund by email, I got no response and had to follow-up by phone. They seemed surprised I asked when I could expect my refund and was told it would be 5 days. I requested a copy of the refund receipt and one did arrive in the mail. That was considerate. I suppose their "there when we say or you don't pay" motto just means "we provide refunds." I understand having a business with limited IT-based customer service.

But if your old school phone-based customer service also stinks, I'll take my business elsewhere. I paid a little more (~$20) for a contract with Chenal Heating and Air but the customer service has been great. The technician was very helpful, answered all my questions, and handled my dogs very well (one is a 75 lb puppy). Yay for actually being there when you say.

I cannot recommend that you DON'T call this company strongly enough. We were not at all pleased with an expensive air installation job - we were left in worse shape than before, and their suggestions to "fix" what they had installed were unacceptable and expensive. Not to mention the patched hole that I now have on the side of my house from the careless work of an inexperienced and inadequately supervised technician. Latticework from a divider on my property was used as a shim on an outdoor unit. I could go on, but won't, because I would violate the obscenity terms of Yelp.

Dishonest. We had a freon leak and called dash. Brandon came out. It had zero freon in it so he filled it back up for $400+. He claimed that the TXV valve needed to be replaced for $750. He then hooked up a vacuum and said that the TXV valve must have switched into the correct position while running the vacuum because it seemed to be working. He said he could not find a leak anywhere.

Over the winter our freon leaked out again. So we were referrred Brock AC Service out of Mayflower. We had Brock come out. Within 3 minutes he found a leak in the condenser. He then informed us that the unit did not even have a TXV valve, and if it did the valve does not move at all, so all the crap Brandon from Dash said was complete fabrication. Brock charged us $190 to fill the freon back up. After the condenser was replaced our AC works perfectly. Bad experience with Dash. They also tried to upsell us to pay an annual fee to get cheaper service. Garbage.

I needed a new furnace installed. Called DASH and Jeremy came out same day and gave quote that as reasonable considering location in attic. Josh, Scott and another worker arrived at 7:30 and by 11:00, the work was done. They were very professional and polite and cleaned up nicely when finished. I highly recommend Dash.

After we bought our home in West Little Rock (built in 2005), it was clear that we needed to have the AC and Furnace thoroughly cleaned and checked. DuBose sent out a technician that absolutely took care of us.

First spoke with a serviceman employed there, explained the issue and was told it should be probably fixable even though our heater is quite old. Scheduled him to come out the next day and apparently his boss came out instead, saying first it was unfixable, then that it was fixable but that parts were more than a new unit.

Wow what a great company. Called out to give me an estimate on replacing upstairs furnace that another company stated was dead because of power surge. Mr. DuBose inspected the unit prior to giving me quote on replacement.

Great Service! I have replaced 2 units on 2 rental properties and my tenants love them. Very efficient units! I have had DuBose service old units and they responded to my calls and were fast to meet at the properties.

Prices gradually went up till he priced himself right out of working for me. Saw his truck today parked in the red zone over Home Depot. Curious. If he's not willing to follow the rules when it comes to parking in a fire lane I wonder if he'll follow the rules when he installs your gear.
