Terrell Young was beyond helpful throughout the whole process - helping us navigate insurance, connecting us to the necessary resources and most importantly keeping his word about our extremely tight deadline. Todd and Charles were also amazing and truly went above and beyond helping us through this process. They were incredibly kind in a stressful situation which goes a long way! I highly recommend this team!

So far so good. They came out and did the job in 2 business days. They worked with us on our budget for the job. Good follow up. Easy to pay their invoice. Hopefully we don't get any more mold in the future.

Very professional service. This company completed the dry-out portion Due to damage in my bathroom. Very courteous and was able to calm my wife fears by wearing proper PPE and exercising the greatest care for social distancing while completing the dryout. I had issues with the insurance company originally and this company was the greatest ally in getting the needed rebuttal evidence in front of my insurance claim adjuster which made my life a lot easier in dealing with the insurance side of the restoration. I will recommend this company to any and everyone.

I wrote a review a few months back. This is an update. The owner called me once he saw the review and asked me to take it down. They finally finished the job the middle of august but it was the worst experience I've every had being pressured by the owner and then being threatened that they had our items in storage and they would keep them if I cancelled on them.

Mind you our insurance paid over 60,000. from the packout, the remediation, the demo, and the remodeling. We had to pay out of pocket for our extra 10 days out of our home to stay at the airbnb because Terry the owner promided to pay half and then the headache that he only paid 40.00 for 5 days. Stingy greedy and sloppy and they have no business ethics at all. Lies and cutting corners funny way they can to come up.

Since moving back, some of the work was just messed up and we just wanted back in. I will post pictures of the sloppiness. Then we get billed by the air conditioning company for a bill dry express was to pay and here we go again this money was paid to dry express in their payment and they just don't care. We finally were able to get them to pay the $$ for the air conditioning company-- but they sent us the check to send to the company.

Bad business all the way around. Then they charged the insurance 300 for home clean up and prep for me to move back in and guess what- their move was just dumping my stuff in the house and they never cleaned up so it would be move in ready. When Terry called me to ask me to remove the yelp, I questioned him about that and he said- oh I can send someone now( 1 month later).

Just bad business. So San Diego homeowners and business owners- If your looking for a bad experience, allot of stress, inconsistencies, lies, bad quality of work, lack of integrity, poor work ethics, sloppy sloppy work, unprofessionalism and a company that doesn't care about nothing but getting paid -- then this is your company. And yes Terry- I'm not taking down the reviews because I owe it to the community I live in and any homeowner to say the truth, so please don't call me or pressure me to take down my reviews because next time I will post your texts.

Had chemical overspray on all of the belongings in my garage from a termite treatment gone wrong. The crew from Dry Express was amazing - competent, personable, professional, high energy, smart, and willing to work on the weekend when I requested. Not only did they completely rescue the items in my garage, cleaning every item meticulously, but they did it with enthusiasm and the best customer service I have ever experienced.

From Terrance, who picked up the phone every time I called, to the entire cleaning team, Ivor, Henry, Charlie, Terrell, and Richard, this crew is as good as it gets! I will go back to them every time I need restoration. Thanks again to the whole team!

We had a mold problem in our closets so we called Dry Express, and I ultimately chose to get a quote from this company based on my phone conversation with Terrence - he was so personable, knowledgable, and eager to help. He went above and beyond to come all the way out to do a free inspection and he carefully checked the whole closet from top to bottom. We will be contacting them to do some remediation soon, thanks again Terrence!

When my rental property sustained storm damage, Dry Express Restoration responded immediately and fixed the entire problem. Terrence, the Vice President of the company, skillfully guided me through the restoration and insurance process with reassurance and professionalism. Part of roof was torn off during the storm, water leaking in, soaked carpet, padding and walls. Terrance, Ivor, Charlie and the entire crew at Dry Express Restoration have been amazing. Excellent customer service while helping us through a stressful time. They explained the process and quickly responded to our immediate crisis. Although I didn't choose Dry Express, I was very impressed by them, especially Terence. (I ended up going with the company my friend/insurance agent uses a lot.) Anyways, Terence was very professional on the phone and in person. What I liked the most about him was that he was calm and not a pushy salesman.

Terrance and his team were amazing! Helpful, kind, hard working and professional! They helped me with my mold situation, moving everything out and disposing of it properly. They also inventoried all of my belongings in hopes I can get reimbursed by my landlord. Highly recommend them for any of your moving needs!

Had this company work on my kitchen floor a few weeks ago. They performed the demolition of old kitchen flooring to installation of new floor tile. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. My kitchen floor looks great. They definitely did an amazing job. In addition to the quality of work, they displayed tremendous professionalism throughout the entire process.

They were very considerate and courteous of my neighbors, cleaned up all the dust from cutting tile, etc. I highly recommend working with this company. By the way, this company is owned and run by father and sons. The father actually worked on my bathroom remodel a couple years ago and did an AMAZING job. Very professional, clean, etc. Highly recommend!

Dry Express Restoration are true professionals they answered the phone and were ready to start working the same day. I had a water burst in the laundry room with wet drywall on all 4 walls. Dry Express Restoration came quick and cut out all the wet drywall sprayed some stuff to kill the mold. The dry out was complete in 4 days. True professionals from start to finish, they answered the phone every time I called with questions.

Wet dry wall is a mess don't try to take on this job your self call a professional company like Dry Express Restoration. They have special tools to read the moisture levels in the dry wall. Wet drywall seems like a small easy fix but its not because of the mold that spreads quick. Mold is a big problem thats toxic and you want it out of your home as quick as possible.

I live on the East Coast but own a condo in Chula Vista that had a water running down our wall from another unit. Terrence was a HUGE help to me! I can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond what I expected and made my life a lot easier during a troubling time. His coordination, follow up with all parties involved and managing plumbers and special leak detection guy, other owners and tenants was perfect. Also, his honest, expert advice helped me to make reasonable and quick decisions about how to deal with the bad situation in the most efficient way.

My mother experienced a flood in her home and we decided to call Dry Express since they were recommended to us by her neighbor. Big mistake. I can only say good things about the technicians who helped with the restoration and repairs, however the administrative side of things was run like a joke. I never received updates on how the work was coming along.

If I wanted to get a hold of someone I had to call 10 times in a row before someone picked up. They would give me excuses like "we didn't hear the phone ringing" or "we have been having problems with our phone service". These are the worst excuses ever. You are a business! If your phone is acting up, call someone in and get it fixed ASAP! That is your lifeline to the customer!

Even my insurance company complained that they could not get in contact with anyone. My mother was finally able to move back into her home last month and she is very happy with the repairs, however if I could go back in time, I would hire a different company that was more professional.

I am very happy with Dry Express Restoration. I had a recent leak from an upstairs unit that came down into my kitchen. As a tenant I was not sure what to do when I encountered mold. They were able to provide me with information on what to expect as a tenant as well at the proper mold removal process.

I can't praise this company and it's people enough! I had a leak in the wall of my closet that had been there for awhile undetected. When I realized what was wrong, I was told to call Dry Express by my insurance company.

We had water damage as a result of a leaking washer and needed assistance with cleanup. Micah showed up in a timely manner and did a great job assessing the extent of the damage. He reviewed treatment options with us and did a great job of customizing a straight forward solution that worked for us. No sales pressure at all, he genuinely cared about getting us taken care of. The equipment and technology that he used on reviewing the damaged areas was impressive and his attention for customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Micah and his team did a great good to quickly restore my property to 100%. General Manager Leo worked effieciently and quickly so that my tenant could return to the property as soon as possible. I had a quote from another company. The expensive quote plus their demeanor really made me nervious that I was getting exploited and taken advantage of. Micah is awesome! Had an broken pipe in my kitchen downtown, being on the 7th floor I was very worried about issues with the neighbors, but Dry Express not only arrived same day, they repaired the sink piping and restored all my flooring, tile and carpet, back to normal (dry).

The staff was great and very professional in all aspects. Making sure everything was satisfactory explained as to what was going on and what would come next. Good thing especially with water and mold damage.

Had these guys come out for a flood I had in my house. They were excellent. We got back from work and found our living room, bathroom, and hallway filled with water from the bathroom. I can't believe how much water came out of the wall from a simple valve bust.
