The permitting and engineering process begins right after the design and budget has been agreed upon. During this time the project design manager will communicate with the team and begin to prepare the appropriate documents and drawings to acquire the building permits.

We would recommend Dream Design Builders for your home remodeling project. There are a lot of horror stories associated with remodeling, but you won't find them with this company. The staff is very polite and efficient. The project environment was kept clean and they showed concern over how family members reacted to the disruption of the home.

I will admit that Dream Design Builders created a fantastic and thorough design. But what good is a design that is way WAY outside of our proposed budget? What was initially proposed to be about a $50k project quickly bloated to nearly $100k.
