Domino Hardwood Floors

PLEASE READ! After EDDIE DIAZ committed to our project, sending the contract/bid and telling us we need to have our floor ripped up, EDDIE DIAZ decided he would not install our new floor after all. After calling him (because he didn't call me to tell me this) he agreed to do the project if we made improvements to our subfloor. We then found someone who could fix the subfloor, confirmed the hardwood delivery, and went to bed.

I woke up to receive a call from Eddie the next day. EDDIE DIAZ was calling to tell me that he now would not install our hardwood flooring (which we have now confirmed the delivery on), even if we made the subfloor improvements he asked us to. To recap, now we are stuck with a completely ripped up floor, 1200 square feet of hardwood flooring on the way and no one to install it.

My wife and I spent countless hours and a number of years dreaming and planning for this renovation (not to mention saving money for the project) only to have EDDIE DIAZ BACK OUT AT THE LAST POSSIBLE SECOND. Because of him, it looks like we won't be able to get anyone in until 2021. That means we will have no floors and our home will look like a construction zone through the Thanksgiving, Christmas and The New Year. Please avoid this company and EDDIE DIAZ at all costs

I have been doing business with Eddie and Domino Hardwood for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. These guys do great work and are a pleasure to work with.

Eddie and his crew had sanded my floors, put in flush mount air vents covers, and replace my linoleum flooring in the kitchen during a remodel. Then before moving back into my home after having renters, Eddie and his team buffed and recoated the floors. We used a finish that was environmentally friendly and kept the wood its natural color. The crew was professional and on time.

The guys kept the house and work areas clean and did an excellent job. Eddie and Gretchen are great to work with and I appreciate their experience and advice. Just completed a very positive experience with Eddie and his crew at our new home. We had an existing floor resanded and refinished and also extended into other areas in the house. The team was very reliable, highly competent, caring, and careful. They did a beautiful job and we are so pleased. Without any hesitation I would use them again and they have my highest recommendation.

Eddie and his team did an absolute amazing job repairing and refinishing our hardwood floors. Not only do they look and feel amazing, they were extremely professional to work with--excellent communication, work was completed AHEAD of schedule and no surprise fees or alterations to our contract. Eddie and his team are excellent at what they do. They take the time to listen to what you would like to accomplish with your floor and they find a solution that fits your budget. Their crews left my home very clean everyday and respected our home as if it was theirs.
