We were having issues with a beaded liner we had purchased elsewhere and after calling another pool supply store in Tulsa and getting no help, I called Dolphin. A lady named Michelle, at the Tulsa store was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. She even told me to email her pictures and she would take us through it step by step since we live in another town and couldn't make it into the store. Thankfully, after talking with me, we were able to get it figured out and installed. VERY knowledgeable and SUPER helpful. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days and it is VERY much appreciated. Wont EVER call the other pool store again!

Tom Jenkins in sales is disrespectable and a joke. Do not, I repeat do not do business with Dolphin as long as he associated with them. We were going to spend $25,000 with Dolphin and Tom ruined the sale. Replace him and give better customer service and return calls that would be a good start. I have been a customer for 21 years and I just had to walk away to another pool dealer. Thanks Tom.

Joe in the repair dept is awesome he took the time at the at the end of a long day to look at and repair the seal in my pool pump. It was stubborn and he thought he might have to leave it overnight but he endured and got it done saving me a trip some 20 +miles. To come and pick it back up.! Thanks Joe.

This place is a joke. Customer service is the worst I've seen in 20 years. Don't purchase anything from these clowns, they have yet to resolve or respond to several dozen calls to fix/replace jets on hot tub purchased less than a month ago, the cover has a rip in it! It seems that everyone with authority takes Off every other day, then still doesn't call back

Ordered my hot tub at the state fair in September and I am still waiting. I call and the person I need to speak with is never there or never available. I'm told that I will receive a call back and have yet to receive that call. I call and am told it will be a week, week and a half and it's been three. I'm about to give up completely. They are horrible about letting someone know what the status is of their purchase and never return phone calls. Michelle seems to be the only one there that will help at all and I'm told she does not deal with my purchase.

Bought a Viking spa for these folks. The spa is nice, but these people provide no service. I have been trying for 2 months. Either they place me on hold for 40 min I ultimately hung up because it was now after closing time - intentional? I believe so. Next call, I was told service would call. They didn't. I called back, asked what was up - was told I was on a list and the person would call. Now 2 months in, approaching deep freeze temps, still nothing. Buy somewhere else

Bought an A series Bullfrog spa from Dolphin Pools & Spas less than a year ago. Jets pump has already failed. The customer service has been terrible. Have to call them multiple times to get any service. Hot tub has been down for nearly a month and I'm still not on the repair schedule. I didn't pay $11,000 for a spa that's broken and can't seem to get warranty service to fix it. Called the Bullfrog corporate phone number and could only talk to a tech and not a customer service rep so I got no help from them either. Won't be doing business with Bullfrog or Dolphin again.

It has not been a good experience! My tub was delivered in a reasonable time but it didn't work! The control panel and computer boards were burnt up. The delivery guy was great but he said there was replacement parts that would be in about a week. It's been over two weeks and nobody has any information. I have a hot tub that does not work on my patio. I think I'll have to hire a lawyer.

Worst experience ever! Signed contract & completely paid for inground pool June 2020 with a start date of 4 to 6 weeks out. They broke ground October 1, & that was after repeated phone calls to them (most calls having to leave message because no one was ever available) & most phone calls not returned. They would not a little work & then nothing, sometimes weeks would go by before showing back up.

Many many times giving me a day they would be there then not showing up. Shortly after opening the pool spring 2021 part of the liner popped out bi have been calling & calling since then & they still haven't come to fix it & now we are in late September. He keeps saying when someone comes this way. I guess they got paid & so now they are done. Now we think there is a leak.

Suppose to schedule us for that & you guessed it, haven't heard another word from them. I could go on & on but now I'm just saying please people don't fall prey to them. They are pathological liars in my opinion. Save yourself from stress & go somewhere else!

When we looked at the store, we were told if we brought money the next day that our pool would be installed in the next week or two at the most. Once we paid, we got nothing but a run around. The pool equipment was brought to our house and left outside our shop. Now over a month later, we were told to find our own installer and at least given a partial refund for installation costs. I've heard good things about the company but really wish we had been dealt with honestly from the beginning. Very disappointing!

We attended the 2002 Home and Garden Show in Tulsa. We were not in a position to get a pool last year, but we were helped greatly by one of your associates at the show. We don't remember her name, but she was patient with novices like ourselves, answering all of our dumb questions. This year we went back to the 2003 show armed with more knowledge and finances.

This letter is a follow up of our discussion yesterday of the maintenance free longevity of our Esther Williams pool. Until last week, the only major replacement on the pool in over 19 years has been the electric motor and pumps on the Jacuzzi filtering system. We purchased our pool from Dolphin in the spring of 1981. The original liner was replaced by your employees last week.

I do not recommend dolphin pools to anyone! The worst customer service ever. I signed a contract may 12th, didn't get my pool installed until July 1st! No help from them at all with wire locate. Had to change it from semi in ground to above ground.

When we contracted you to build our new pool, we were anxious for it to begin and more anxious for its completion. We were excited and very pleased with the final result and eagerly jumped in, even though it was late in the season of 2006 and the water was rather chilly.

We were very disappointed that we were not told in advance that any back filling or piles of dirt is our responsibility to fix, move etc. As well as the trash. Also the stair case that came with the pool is for a deck.

Considering the limited space we had in our backyard, I did not think it was possible to incorporate all of the custom features we wanted for our pool, but Dolphin Pools delivered every detail we had in mind for our perfect backyard.

I was told my pool would be finished in 9 weeks. It was began in august and I STILL waiting to have it completed! Can't get a call back and we are calling the BBB on Monday. Horrible customer service.

We hired Dolphin Pools to install a new liner in our pool. They were very professional and did a great job! Thanks to Doug and his guys for making our backyard look fantastic!
