David was exceptional. He was prompt, and had a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. He installed a Nest thermostat at our condo in a timely manner and was very professional. David goes the extra mile for the customer. He took his time answering all of our questions. Hope to deal with him directly again when we need an extra return installed in our stairwell. Dolphin installed our two units in 2018. They, also, perform an annual maintenance check. They were then, and continue to be, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, responsive and.they VALUE their customers as well. Their employees stick with Dolphin for years which speaks volumes. Ask for Sheldon or Sergio, though I'm sure they're all exemplary.

Our air went out in the middle of the night with summer upon us and I have a newborn. I needed someone to come out as soon as possible and Dolphin was quick to respond, which was greatly appreciated. The A/C was quickly resolved and after a further check they found a blown UV light and a safety issue with the light being too close to our gas line for the heat. I'm glad to have had them out for so many reasons! I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and neighbors.

I have had to use Dolphin AC for about every service over the past five years and to say they've been phenomenal is an understatement. When you're in FL and your AC breaks down, it constitutes an emergency and I can always depend on them to follow through. I recently replaced my old HVAC system and Sergio couldn't have possibly exceeded my expectations more.

He was in constant communication with me about his arrival and the timeline of the services so there were no surprises. He was extremely patient in explaining the different options, features and other inquiries that I had. Sergio and Dolphin are always there when you need them the most. To find a quality and professional company is a challenge in itself.

But to find one that is also dependable, trustworthy and concerned about the customer's experience is extremely rare. The Tampa area is fortunate to have such a great company readily available to fix these issues!

I cannot say enough about my recent experience with Dolphin. My (21 year old) furnace finally went and my AC was old and in need of replacement, too. I got several estimates, met with several vendors, and asked many questions over the course of several days. A number of neighbors recommended Dolphin but it was my meeting with Sheldon that sealed the deal.

He came out (exactly on time) to do the estimate, pleasantly answered my many questions (quickly) over the few days I was deciding, and he was here to supervise and assist on the day of the installation (when the team also showed up on time, around my work schedule). The Dolphin installation team was cordial and cleaned up as promised. Owner Sergio came at the end of the long day to check things out and introduce himself. I highly recommend Dolphin and if you are looking to purchase I recommend you ask for Sheldon.

I can't say enough about how reliable and honest Sergio was. From the consultation to install everything went well and on time. He never tried to up sell me but was open and honest about what I wanted vs needed. I was told once you move to Florida you need a good bug guy and A/C guy. Well I've fond a great A/C guy. What a professional company. Replacing an A/C Unit is a big capital investment and having someone you can trust is key. Dolphin Air & Heat is that company. We had several questions and Sergio was patient and answered them for us to make sure we got the right system and didn't spend unnecessary money. They were very competitively priced and did the job next day and with not having AC in Florida that is huge.

Buster and my kids were not feeling the best after going from a 40 Degree night in Trinity Florida to a night that was 80 and when we kicked the Air on learned it didn't work. The owner came right out and we learned a squirrel decided to snack on our wires (guess it thought it was a nut). Not only did he fix it on the spot, but helped us in seeing how we can make it another season with the old unit we have.

He went above and beyond and our family was so grateful to have a nice cold house again to sleep in. Highly recommend. Super professional, fast and very affordable. Side note: Buster our Dog is Happy but we never caught the squirrel. Check them out ~ They're awesome!

Dolphin Air and Heat is one awesome and amazing company which so generously helped our Synagogue's unit which we had given up on. Sergio and Sheldon brought it back to life and swapped out both of our thermostats. We are extremely grateful especially in the heat of the Summer! We recommend this company to all!!

I have used them on two separate occasions and I have been pleased both times with their service and honesty. I definitely recommend this company.

I normally do not write reviews however Dolphin Air & Heat went above and beyond. Last week our AC was not working & some other AC company (Not Dolphin Air & Heat) sent a tech out to "fix" the issues. Today I came home and found our home 82 degrees and the AC was not working. It was unbearably hot and I have a 6 month old and 2 year old who could not stay in these conditions.

Not to mention Sunday night it is impossible to find anyone working. Sergio drove an hour to our home and was able to diagnose and resolve the issues. We had not 1 but 2 leaks which Sergio and his crew found and the other company missed. Dolphin Air & Heat got right to work and my family now has AC colder than it has ever blown in the house. If I have any more issues I will not waste time calling anyone else.

I wanted to share this positive experience because there are a lot of AC companies out there but Dolphin Air & Heat are a notch above. You can tell as soon as they get to work they know what they are doing.
