From start to finish during our screened-in porch project, the folks at Distinctive Design Remodeling made sure we were informed about options and fully understood each stage of the project. From the first time we met with Jesse, he made sure the plans for the project were exactly what we wanted, while project manager Kyle made sure everything was progressing as it should.
My wife and I both commented about how responsive and efficient the DDR team was throughout the project. Hiccups are part of any type of construction, but it's how a company responds that makes the difference. The DDR team stepped up during any of those small setbacks to ensure that we got the very best screened-in porch that we could have imagined. Kudos to DDR! We are impressed!

We hired DDR to remove an old deck and covered porch and replace it with a beautiful sunroom. We absolutely love the design, with its many windows and elevated ceilings. Our project manager, Kyle, has been professional, attentive, and great about communicating what the project will entail. The work that has been done so far has been very timely and efficient.

From the time we met with Kevin for the initial consultation and walk through, to each interaction with each of the teams was nothing but exceptional. We had a section of unfinished area of our basement and chose DDR to do the work. Not only were they fast, but very high quality work. Not many times do those go hand in hand, but their teams are very talented. Though they subcontract, those teams who did the electrical and trim were fantastic as well. I highly recommend them and would use them if needed again.

We are very happy that we chose DDR for our basement project. They were reasonably priced, professional and very responsive to questions and concerns. Most importantly, the basement turned out great! The project manager Mike and his crew made sure everything was built to our satisfaction. He came up with a creative and stylish solution to address our low hanging duct work.
All of the tradespeople involved (electricians, plumber, trim) did top notch work. Our primary contact Jon stayed in communication with us throughout the project. We had a really positive experience. We would highly recommend DDR for basement finishing projects.

We used DDR to remove an old porch and to build a new, covered porch off the back of our house. They took care of all the details. Our project manager Kyle was easy to communicate with throughout the project. He always let us know when people would be at our house working. He was quick to remedy any issues, problems or concerns we brought up during the build.
They started the job quickly and had it finished in a timely manner, despite setbacks from snow and icy weather. All the workers I spoke with were professional and courteous. Kyle was eager to make sure we were pleased with the final outcome. I'd recommend this company.

We worked with Chris to build a one car garage with some storage space. He communicated with us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. Chris handled everything and also made sure the siding of the garage matched our house. I'm super impressed with how fast they got everything done, especially with the space they had to work with. 10/10 recommend

Kyle did a great job letting us know when someone would be here to work and they always showed when they said they would. Distinctive Design was the right choice for our room addition. Friendly professional staff. They handle all aspects of the build from securing permits, materials delivered, job site clean up, and yard restoration etc. The project manager was always in contact with me letting me know when each phase of the project was next. He was quick to resolve any issues and ensured that we were satisfied. Our project was completed weeks ahead of schedule. Would use again for future projects.

There was great support through the design and communication process, clear and continual conversation, and good collaboration when unexpected challenges cropped up. DDR built a sunroom/addition on the back of our house to replace a covered deck. The crew was great to work with. Everything was done on time and looks as if it was part of the original design of the house. We have had so many compliments from neighbors on the look of the new room. DDR rebuilt the top level of our two-tiered deck and then installed a roof and screen to give us a nice-sized screened-in porch. It wasn't inexpensive but I'd seen the work they did for a friend on a similar project, and I was sold. Chris, our project manager, was especially responsive and helpful. The work was delayed a little by weather and other issues, but largely done in the promised time. I'd recommend.

We had a roof put built over our second story deck. All the workers were considerate and helpful beyond the project. The work was done ahead of the estimated time. When it was time to clean up the area, they were thorough. The project manager stayed in contact and was available for all of our questions. We have been VERY pleased with DDR and Scott the project manager. Highly recommend them.

I have been so pleased with my sunroom. It is everything I have been wanting for years. The entire staff was wonderful from Mallory in the office to everyone I spoke to about the sunroom. Everyone was so professional and listened to what I wanted. The crew who built it was excellent. They answered every question I had and did an amazing job. I will enjoy the sunroom for many years.

Distinctive Design Remodeling did an excellent job. They came in and we talked over all the possibilities of redoing my basement. They arrived on-time and did the work quickly and professionally.
