I am very excited to have my new fence and happy with the great job they did building it! The fence installers did an exceptional job from beginning to end. DFW Fence Contractor LLC does a great free estimate that breaks all the costs down so it is easy to understand the overall price. They put up a quality fence that looks great. I am rating them at three stars as their scheduling needs a lot of improvement. After we accepted the bid, they said it would be around two weeks. Then we get a text at about two weeks on Sunday night asking if we could do it the next day.

We ended up settling on Wednesday so we could get time off work and coordinate with our neighbors. The day of the installation I showed the team where my sprinkler heads were around the fence line. After the installation, I had to go dig my sprinkler heads out because they buried them.

They were great in every way. Quick response time. Nice sales people who worked with me when I wanted a few changes after the first quote. Then the install team was also very nice and very impressive. Quick and great quality of work. Would absolutely recommend and use them again. Service: Wood fence installation

Every member of the team from the receptionist, Ms M. to Stacey, the person who came out to give the quote, to Marcus, the person helping me with billing, to the two gentlemen who came out to instal the fence, were AWESOME! DFW Fencing (Marcus and team) put up a great fence, but communication was not great (throughout, not just at the end). I give four stars as the fence is nice, but it was expensive (though not the highest quote), and there were several annoying outcomes - we failed a pool inspection due to not having it self close. The fence comes pre-stained (which provides nice consistency), but where they made cuts with saws they do not end up staining (I will have to do that on my own).

I also had to do my own clean up in the yard of left behind trash, nails, etc (I know it's difficult to find it all and I did see the crew making an effort - but they still left behind a lot). My guess having worked with them on the fence for the past three months is that they have so much work they can't keep up, and small problems like mine just don't rise high enough on their radar screen. Bottom line - they build a good fence, but are somewhat difficult to work with.

We needed 152 feet of old fence replaced so I found DFW Fence on the Good Contractors List. Called for an appointment to get an estimate and Josh Landry came out on the 11th of November. He was very professional and had the quote back to be that evening. Waited a few days after reviewing and decided the price was fair, so signed and emailed back to Josh on the 16th of November.

Since they are very busy, this secured a spot in line when they had a crew open up and this was explained in the email. We had no problem waiting and on the 7th of December I received conformation that a crew would be out on Monday the 13th and would be finished with the fence the same day. The crew of 3 arrived a 10:15 am on Monday. JoJo was the foreman and we went over the scope of work: Tear out old fence and haul off.

Remove 5 wood poles and replace with steel. Turns out there was one more wood pole to remove. I just added that cost to the final bill. Keep the panels that are still good and rehang them on the new steel poles. Install hand built 6' cedar with 2x4 runners and all steel anchor poles. They had to use a jack hammer due to the amount of rock and shale in our area of Fort Worth to dig most of the holes.

I thought surely this would be a two day job, but by 5:45pm they were done and had everything cleaned up and hauled off. I can't say enough about how good JoJo's crew was from start to finish. If you need a fence replaced, fixed or installed, DFW Fence Contractors is the company to use.

Quality work and fast turn around. Stained our existing fence. Would recommend to anyone who wants their fence work done.

I was incredibly impressed with these guys. They did my whole fence in one day including tearing down the old fence and carting away. The end result was beautiful. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't the highest quote I got either. I think I got what I paid for and then some. My only issue was with the limited communication leading up to the job. I know this is their busiest time of the year, but still, I would have preferred more in the way of response and confirmation. Apart from that, zero complaints, and highly recommend!

We have used y'all twice now. 650' of cedar fence. It doesn't just look beautiful, you did an amazing job. We get compliments all the time. Getting ready to do some stonework, will be calling y'all soon. Also your fast and leave everything cleaned up!

Owner would not call me back or review work product of gate installed at our business. The gates were not made well and the owner said he would inspect the gates but never arrived and won't respond to texts. Very disappointing.

They had to remove two sections of fence and replace with one taller fence and in another area, replace some fence and add a double 10 foot gate. My next door neighbor used this company and I wanted our common fence to match. The price was more than I wanted to spend, but they had done a good job on my neighbor's. Quality, stain dipped planks, 2 X 6 border along the bottom. Their install was good, professional, courteous. They did a good job and customized a couple of spots when I asked. Hauled away all trash.

I have no complaints about any aspect of it. Paid more than I was going to, but it's a once in 10 year thing and in this case, I got what I paid for. Overall high marks, and I'm a picky customer.

My husband and I used DFW Fence Contractors to have an 8 foot cedar fence put into our back yard and WOW! I could not be more impressed! The contractors were so professional and fun to talk to! They got their work done very quickly and didn't miss anything! It only took two days to put up the fence (would have been one if we didn't have to wait for the concrete to dry) and was incredible to watch going up.

I Highly recommend DFW FENCE CONTRACTORS. I will begin with Stacy Norrell the super knowledgeable & professional that took the measurements & wrote our fence contract while giving me some excellent advice. The fence is Western Red Cedar with redwood stain. The two man Dynamo crew that removed the old fence & posts & then set the steel posts & constructed the fence in one day were really impressive.

Two other men came out later & built a 2nd gate that was added &installed no climb mesh wire on the outside. one man then came out & pressure washed & then when dry came back & stained a section of old fence. Poor customer service. Josh came out to my home to give me an estimate on two services. He emailed me the quote a few hours later. The quote he originally sent me was actually incorrect and he sent me a revised quote later that night that went up by hundreds of dollars for a simple stain and footer installation for my small backyard. We decided that their prices were not worth it for the stain (just pennies shy of $6 PER FOOT), so we wanted to go forward with only the footer installation.

I emailed back to schedule a time a date and I don't think that josh liked me not wanting both services. He was very rude and curt in his reply back and said "I will have to add a $250 service fee to send the crew out." Mind you this is just installing a footer on 2 short fences, probably 30 minutes of work for 1 guy, not a "crew." His response felt as if he was basically telling me they didn't want my business. I would not recommend this company.

DFW Fence Contractor is not the cheapest but they are the best, and you truly get what you pay for when it comes to most things in life. Marcus was very attentive/informative, and was sure to be onsite the day of install to insure everything was going to our satisfaction. From eye sore to sight for sore eyes! We had Marcus and DFW Fence Contractor replace our terrible fence and could not be happier with the result. We have had the fence for over 4 months now and I will leave the blinds open just to look at how great it is. I am not exaggerating. We have also had people come up to us outside of our house to tell us how great it looks.

Our neighbors have all commented on how great it is to see a nice fence like ours. Longer story below. Ours was a two year ordeal. We purchased a property with a fence that was on its last legs but was not a priority compared against some of the other larger issues with the house. The next year we determined that it was time to address the fence as it was leaning further and further into the alley and the gates would not latch anymore and got three or four different bids. Marcus came out as one of them and you could tell that he was knowledgeable and passionate about his product and company.

Right before we settled on a contractor, we had a massive plumbing issue that delayed the ability to get a new fence. Fast forward a year and we remembered how much we liked DFW Fence Contractor so we called only them again and Stacey came out and walked us through it all. We had a lot of options to consider and he provided multiple options and quotes for each option to help us decide.

If anything, he was just as passionate as Marcus about the company and product. After deciding to go with a side by side horizontal with top cap and sliding gate and getting on the schedule, the process was fast and the result is phenomenal. Marcus installed a new fence for our neighbor first. Then I realized how bad our fence was. The following year we had Marcus put in a new fence for us. His prices are not cheap, however everything they did was top notch in every way, A++++. Our neighbor and us, definitely have the best looking and sturdiest fences in the neighbor. Others have put in cheap fences and already had to replace theirs. After 6 years and one restaining, ours still looks great, ,,, and held up with 60 mph winds during a bad storm.

These guys are great. I received quite a few quotes and used DFW Fence Contractor. They did an absolutely amazing job. The were professional, arrived as promised and finished the project without a hitch. Joe the lead installer was nice and patient with my many questions. Joe also measured everything multiple times before installing and made sure everything was level. Marcus was also awesome. This a professional outfit and does very skilled fence installation.

They MIGHT possibly be awesome at fence building. What they are NOT good at is communication. I was moving to Ft Worth, desperately needed a fence to keep my dogs in. I filled out the form online asking for a quote - when I didn't hear back, I called and left a a message asking for a return call. Still haven't heard back, but I for sure will not be using them now.

I had a friend refer me to DFW Fence after I got three quotes elsewhere. I had a good feeling for the many years in business and the high ratings. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing. Josh worked with me while I was working a lot to accommodate my needs and to show me exactly what I wanted through text and phone. Don't call this company unless you are planning to spend big $$$. We are putting a pool in our backyard and wanted to put a fence around our extended patio. Their guy came out to measure the area and said he will email me the quote. Never heard back again from them again. Even called and txted the guy who came to take measurements. Disappointed. Now the owner says he can't find me on his calendar. I called on 4/24 and my appt was on 4/26. You want to see proof?

Very disappointing. We had DFW Fence Contractor out to the house to discuss our project and give us an estimate. Came out, left, and never provided an estimate. I followed up but no response. No call. No email. No text. Very poor follow-through.

Based on reviews on Yelp.com and some existing DFW Fence Contractor fences in our neighborhood, I obtained an online quote and then called to have someone discuss fences with us. I did not get a quote from any other fence contractor and thought that the DFW Fence Contractor quote was reasonable in view of the quality of the fence they were going to install. Josh was prompt to come out with sample stain colors and answered all of my questions.

I had a few questions along the way and Josh was quick to respond to my emails. While the job was underway, I had a couple of questions and Marcus was prompt in answering my texts. Our new fence was finished today and it looks fantastic! It is SO much better quality than the quality of our original builder grade fence was when it was installed in 2005. Kudos to Mingo and his crew for doing such an outstanding job on our fence.

The stain on a few of the pickets was lighter than the rest, so the crew came back around before they left the job today with a bucket of stain and brushed some more stain on so that the stain color on all of the pickets is uniform in color. I can recommend DFW Fence Contractor without reservation!

I had these guys replace a 230' fence right down to the posts and build a board on board pre-stained fence. It looks amazing and is built like a fortress wall. I called about 10-12 contractors and of all of those Markus was one of the few that responded promptly. His estimate was honest and accurate and Markus himself was very professional throughout the whole process.

He was also the only estimate that was willing to fully remove the old fence posts as the other guys either wanted to reuse the old metal posts or cut them off at the ground and plant new ones around them. Even with that he still managed to undercut everyone else. To be fair all the estimates were within about $500 of each other. I don't think you could buy a better quality product from anyone.

They even hid the fence posts. I will try to update in a year or so with how the fence is holding up, but for now I am extremely satisfied and can't recommend DFW Fence enough.

I chose the pecan colored stain which is really handsome and could not be more pleased with the appearance. In addition to aesthetics my wife and I now feel much safer in our home as well.

We had a fence installed by Marcus of DFW fence company. We were most impressed with the professional of Marcus & his employees. The old fence came down & a new installed in one day. His employees knew exactly what they were doing & did it precisely like a military exercise. They were not the lowest quote but it was fair for the quality of work performed. We had a 6' board on board installed with a top cap as well as a footer (very helpful to prevent doggy digging and gives your fence a few more inches in height). So we decided to have DFW Fence come out to re-stain the fence to freshen it up and again we are VERY pleased with the experience and the work.

I had 4 estimates from companies to remove and replace 280 feet of 6 and 8 foot picket fence with wood posts -- a fence that had severely deteriorated through the years. I picked DFW Fence Contractor for several reasons. First, when the company's owner, Marcus, came to the house for measurement and consultation, he had with him actual fence samples to show various construction options. Marcus was also totally professional -- he knew what he was doing.

I am an engineer, and a retired contractor, so I knew could tell Marcus knew his business. Secondly, his cost estimate was emailed to me very quickly, and was very complete and detailed. Several estimates from others were handwritten, or not complete. Third, DFW Fence Contractor absorbed the cost of utility locations and yard irrigation repair (if needed -- which it wasn't).

With others, these costs were the responsibility of the owner. I chose to have my fence be cedar board-on-board with running top cap -- and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The fence crew was very efficient, and the carpentry detailing excellent. Marcus checked daily. Clean-up was thorough. My new fence is the pride of the neighborhood. After years of weather and aging, our old fence succumbed to the heavy straight-line winds of this past season. We sought out referrals from many of our friends and neighbors and several recommended Marcus. Admittedly, Marcus' bid was the highest we received. However, we were especially impressed that each piece of wood was hand-dipped in the stain-sealant, so every surface was treated.
