Can't remember how I came upon this company, but I called them about servicing my well system. Matthew came out on March 31st to do the job. He diagnosed the problem and let us know what our options were. We paid him $80 cash instead of the $85 fee, because he didn't have change for a $100 bill. We were reassured that the fee we paid would be a part of the service once we decided what we wanted to do.
Long story short, after a few days we decided our move and call to schedule work. I got the run around from Matthew for weeks and finally called the office. I was told that they don't even service well systems, but it will be looked into and called back about it. That was 2 months ago. Still nothing.

I had contacted another company last night and then again this morning with only promises that a technician would call. I searched for plumbers in Cape Coral. I got an immediate answer and idea on time when I called Davis JR Plumbing. I was called by the technician Tom within 30 minutes with his eta. During the call he listened to the issue ( both toilets not working and backup into both tubs). He quickly found the issue, cleared the blockage and then made sure everything was flowing well before he left. They now have a new customer.

We had NO water! Sent out a "yelp-for-help " to Renovations Plus who directed us to Davis, Jr Plumbing. Our lucky day! They did the necessary re-piping of our home quickly (one day!). The crew was great to work with thru that stressful time. We will be long-time customers and recommend them to others.

I had a water heater warranty swap out done (originally purchased and installed by them as well). At first there was a mix up on pricing but the owner contacted me directly and assured they would make everything right. An employee named Morris came out and did the swap out. He was friendly, fast, and overly thorough. He was attentive to any of my concerns and went above and beyond what I believe he was required to do.
Although the process started out rough, the steps taken to make everything right far outweighs the mix up in the beginning. I would recommend Davis Jr. and I will continue using them in the future.

I called Davis Jr Plumbing the previous weekend and they contacted me immediately to ask if this was an emergency. I let them know Monday would be fine. The followed up Monday morning and dispatched a tech. Eric stopped by, discussed my options, gave me an estimate and did the work the same day. I am a contractor myself and I know quality when I see it. Nice job Eric and crew at Davis Jr Plumbing. I will recommend you to my customers as well.

Great company and fair pricing. I had a kitchen remodel and they took care of all the plumbing with no headaches. They even came out on Sunday when my faucet had a defect and I got a replacement that needed installation. Great company and great customer service! Over the course of my project I had the pleasure of having Bill, Tom, Eric, Jay and Jason at my house at different times. All were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to call again. 10/10, highly recommend!
