Dave's Heating & Air

Dave's heating and AIR was quick to come out but sent someone new and had I believe little experience. Replaced parts he guessed that were causing the problem. Upselling parts 4-5x the initial cost. I get as a business you need to do this but not to the point of gouging the customers pockets. 3weeks go by and the AC unit broke down again. It is an older unit so understand parts will break.

But this time Dave came out himself and stated he would not fix the motor. And that it wasn't worth his time! Maybe it was an off day for Dave and I handle customers everyday for my job but I guess I just go above and beyond for mine wish I could say the same about Dave. Glad everyone else on here had good experience but mine was not!

Have used Dave's for several years. After several local companies refused to repair our old AC unit and suggested a whole new AC unit was the only option, Dave replaced what was needed and got us an additional 4 years out of the old unit. When our old AC unit gave out, Dave and his team were able to come out that day, diagnose the issue, and within a week we have a new AC unit installed in our home. Always very satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, and knowledge that Dave and his team provide. Highly recommend them!

Called on a Saturday Night in June with 100 degree heat. Not expecting to get service until Monday, but they came out that night and had me fixed and up and going in less than 3 hours from when I called. Amazing service! Thank you Parker for get help!

We had this company replace our heating and air conditioning system a couple of years ago. I recommend using them if you need HVAC service. They do great work and the total cost was what they estimated. Our system is still working great!

I very highly recommend Dave's! I started working with them when I first moved to town and needed a new furnace. Dave himself came out and took a look at our system and found a solution that worked for us as budget conscious new homeowners. When his staff came through for the install they were very respectful of my time and my home. When we later picked up a rental property that needed a new a/c they were my first call.

They installed a quality a/c unit for my tenants and were happy to answer any little questions I had. Bottom line: quality work, respectful staff and fair prices! Couldn't recommend enough!

I came home from work today and it was 80 degrees in my house. I tried to troubleshoot to no avail. I called Dave's at 5:52 pm and he said he actually had someone in the area. 7 minutes later there was a knock on my door & the service person was here! He diagnosed and fixed the issue & my house started cooling immediately! Very professional and reasonably priced too! I also highly recommend for others in need of repair/services.

Trusted Customer Service is not dead! Dave stopped by today to install an air purification system on my Central Air System. He is reliable, fast, on time & friendly as well! Our 1987 air conditioner gave out with 95° heat wave. Had Daves replace our whole heating and air system. Beat others by far in price. They brought out a temporary central air and had it installed in an hour, for us to use for a couple weeks until the new system could be installed. Who does that? Laid down runners so as not to track on our carpet. Very clean, professional, and very nice people. No pressure. I would give them 10 stars.

I came home after 5:00 and found my A/C had stopped working. I called Dave and he came by on his way home and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He didn't have the parts he needed on him, but drove back to his shop to get them, and came all the way back to get us up and running in the same evening and was priced very reasonably. Definitely recommend Dave's.

Our AC unit stopped working at the start of a holiday weekend. We tried all the "home remedies" we could think of, but none worked. I called multiple other HVAC companies and the responses were, "Well we could probably help, but not until Tuesday." Dave's Heating and Air responded and had our AC back up and running the very next morning! He was very quick to find the problem and fix it all with a reasonable price!

Parker diagnosed the issue within the system, and did any quick fixes he could manage. After finding out the AC system would need to be replaced, Dave waived the diagnostic fee and any other associated cost with the first visit. He stayed true to his price in a volatile market, and was timely and professional with the installation. I had zero issues with the work they performed
