They are the best pest control company we have ever worked with. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly.

I've used Dandi for a little over a year with Termite protection in 2020-21. Over all I am dissatisfied and will be using another pest control company moving forward. In mid-December 2021, I noticed I had mice in the attic. I called Dandi to come inspect and they missed two appointments in the same week. The first appointment I waited about 45 minutes and I called the office to found out the technician was still in a meeting and forgot about the appointment.

I spoke with the technician to re-schedule and we agreed on another day that same week. Again, I waited for over an hour and they never showed up or called to apologize. After getting stood up twice in one week, I decided to investigate the work they did in November on servicing my Sentricon termite traps. I spent $300 for Dandi in November to inspect each bait station and replace any bait that was low.

I walked around my house and notice about half the traps were buried in the mulch and dirt and were undisturbed. I could tell by how they were buried that the technician never even checked many of the bait stations. To to summarize, Dandi missed two appointments in one week in December and missed several bait stations while doing their annual service to termites in November. I can't continue to work with a company who misses appointments and doesn't perform services fully as charged.

We have a large apartment complex. we have had in the year and a half so many different people here. today we had Isahea. He is the bomb! he was efficient, professional and polite and completed the job in record time! I have requested that he become our regular tech. i encourage you to do the same. he's wonderful.

Had them for years but since covid it's been a bit different. Won't leave them though.

We were using another company that didn't come out for the service as scheduled and could never be reached. Dandi was able to get us scheduled the next day, and they always answer the phone or call us right back! Everyone we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly! They let us know they're coming ahead of time and Jeremy and Chris have both been so courteous when they're here. So glad we took Rick Couri's recommendation and called them!

Terrific service, reasonable pricing, accountable and knowledgeable staff. The tech from Dandi was pleasant and a real professional. His attitude was friendly but focused on the work. He was extremely thorough in treating the house, and showed a great deal of knowledge about the products and processes they use. I felt like I was getting the service I was paying for.

Cameron performed a thorough inspection inside & outside our house. He treated the area with applicable chemicals. Cameron is very friendly & professional. He always offers to return if we have a problem in between treatments. I would highly recommend his services.

My employer hired this company to get rid of a brown recluse spider infestation I had at my store. Honestly, I felt it was going to take some serious actions to get rid of these and no spray was going to cut it. To my surprise, I 100% have not seen a single one since the very first treatment. And when I say infestation, I mean there wasn't anywhere you could look and not see one, as I had disrupted a nest or something digging files out of a closet.

I would recommend this company all day. We just had our 7th monthly treatment. But the icing on the cake was a tech named Cameron. He came on the 3rd visit I believe and he went above and beyond the previous techs immediately. I had been bitten by a spider and was so scared of them already that I was losing my mind. He was compassionate and made sure and got "extra" treatment to the areas I had to be in, like my desk and the restroom.

All while he gave me a brief rundown of spiders habits, etc. THEN he actually went outside and cleaned my eaves in front of my store. I thanked him and he assured me it would be done every visit. He was so awesome! He is definately as asset to the business.

I've had the pleasure of working with the Dandi Pest team, as well as the service technician Anthony. Anthony has been fantastic to work with in our 5 apartment complexes that we manage throughout the Tulsa area. It's been difficult to get into units to spray with Covid, but Anthony always showed up with a smile under his mask and assured the tenants of safety throughout his treatments.

On one instance our rodent stations were missed, but after one call to the Dandi Office Team, they sent a supervisor and he was out the same day to resolve it! Overall it's been a great experience working with Dandi, and Anthony.

I am impressed by the quality of their work. They are always on time and never missed a day. They come here when they are supposed to. They do great pest control and there has never been anything in the house. They are very accommodating.

They sprayed around my house inside and out. They were on time which was a big deal since I had to take off work to meet them. The gentleman that came to my house was really nice and we ended up talking for quite a while.

They were great. They were so knowledgeable. They told us everything about the ants we had. We had 3 different kinds of ants. They told us how long the treatment would last and what we needed to do for termites if termites showed up again in the future. They did not treat for termites but we have had them in the past.

The serviceman showed up 10 minutes earlier than we had agreed too. He explained what he was going to do and went about his work with purpose. We were very pleased and would not hesitate using this company again. Excellent, fast friendly service.

We had a few cockroaches in the Kitchen - which we've never had - and Dandi Guaranty completely eliminated them in one service call. They were excellent. The other 2 quotes I got would not come out for a one-time spray, and Dandi Guaranty would, and did a splendid job.

We are very satisfied with the speed and quality of their service. My home was infested with brown recluse spiders and now I sleep better at night with the peace of mind Dandi Pest Control brought into my life.

Dandi Pest Control was awesome in removing the ants from my rent house and also the brown recluse spiders from my home. They did a wonderful job and were not overly expensive. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
