Jeff Scherr at Comfort Heating just came over to estimate putting in a humidifier into our house. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable about his products, he went above and beyond and help guide me on several other things related to our heating/AC including teaching me how to clean our our electric fireplace. Owner Jeff S and his team could not have been more responsive and thorough assessing my chilly house on a 9-below February morning, and lining out options for repairing vs replacing a furnace. Aaron and Dane were early the next morning for installation of a new unit, and left my home neat and clean after removal/replacement of the old unit. We had our old furnace replaced and had an AC installed. The team was very professional and polite. They were more then happy to answer all of our questions. Comfort installed a new Heating & A/C unit for us last week and did an awesome job! When we called for an estimate, they got back to us almost immediately! Then, when we told them we were ready to go with their quote, they were able to do the job within a week! Both the guys they sent out to our house were professional and knowledgeable! They did the job quickly and even cleaned up after themselves! What a great local company! We'll absolutely continue using them in the future!

They knew my furnace was completely out, but didn't let me know until after two visits that they wouldn't be able to replace it for several days. This was during the end of November. The gal on the phone tried to tell me there was a miscommunication between the guys even though I was standing right there and heard the conversation.
