We just finished our new home build with Collins and I cannot say enough good things. They are honest, genuinely nice, professional people that truly care about the quality of their work and keeping their customers happy. I have heard horror stories from people that have built homes and I have to say, this has been an extremely pleasant, fun, painless experience (minus some permitting issues from the city that had nothing to do with Collins). I will use them again if I ever build in the area (although I plan to live in our new house forever lol) and I will recommend them to everyone I know! So happy!

This review is very late lol. Collins built our house about two years ago. We are still in love with both the look and the quality of our home. Building was a great decision and the team at Collins makes it a painless process. We reached out to them a few months to a year in advance of building to see if it was even a possibility for us. They were patient and honest when addressing all our questions and concerns.

Once we were ready to build they helped every step of the way with prioritizing our needs and wants while also balancing the budget and offering design suggestions. We could not have asked for a better home building experience. Even the one year walkthrough was breeze. They are truly the best from professionalism to customer service and expertise they are top notch.

We purchased a home with Collins Builders almost 4 years ago and decided to write a review on them. We have built six homes in the past 25 years and by far Collins Builders surpasses all of them. In addition to the excellent construction of our home the customer service is outstanding. If I have a concern or question and call them they are quick to respond and always extremely helpful.

We are in the process of moving to another area which Collins Builders does not build in and they have spoiled us. Nothing meets the standard that we have in our current home. We would highly recommend them.

Collins built our dream home on our lot in Jacksonville Beach. Every part of the process was great and each person we worked with was highly competent, professional and enjoyable. They offered custom design but also had so many priced floor plans that they will build on your lot. Our budget was modest compared to some but we never felt pressured to spend more. Collins kept to the budget and schedule and even gave us a refund for site prep items that cost less than budgeted! Our PM, Steve, stayed on top of the subs and we are very happy with the quality of our home. Highly recommend!

We have been in our BEAUTIFUL Collins Builders Custom Home for 6 months. We were extremely pleased with every phase of construction. From the first design meeting to the completion of our home, Collins Builders reputation, quality, and the dedication of their team has been amazing! They managed the construction with professionalism and efficiency.

Collins builders was a very honest & trustworthy group to work with when we built our new home. They walked with us every step of the way and gave us exactly what we wanted. An affordable quality home! Danny Britt was wonderful to work with and our project manager Stephen did a fantastic job answering any questions we had during the construction process. Also, he did a wonderful and timely job finishing our final punch out list. We did have some hick ups along the way and unexpected costs towards the end but all these were due to the county we choose to live in.

Collins Builders built our home over 2 years ago and we absolutely LOVE it! We have been through 2 hurricanes in it and have had no issues at all. The Collins team was very helpful through out the entire design, selection and construction process and readily available after we moved in for any questions we had. I don't see us ever moving out of our home, but if we do, we're definitely going with Collins again! Thank you for building such a Beautiful Home for us!

Collins Builders did an amazing job with our new home! I can't say enough good things about them and their caring attitude, professionalism, and quality work. Our new home is beautiful and they were very accommodating to all of our requests and questions. The first day that we met with Danny, we knew that we wanted Collins Builders to build our home. Danny was very through, knowledgeable, genuine and took a lot of extra time to work with us and answer any questions we had. Our project Manager Adam did a great job keeping our project on schedule.
