Code Red Emergency Plumbing To many, the plumbing in their home is a necessity that they overlook. If you turn a handle on the shower you expect the water to come on. If you press down on a toilet handle, you expect the toilet to flush. When something breaks, however, not having adaquate plumbing can be a nightmare. It is not recommended that a home owner do plumbing repairs alone.

Here in Nevada, a plumbing license is required for doing all plumbing work including installing hot water heaters, replacing piping, or performing plumbing repairs. Hot water heaters can be dangerous and require a professional to service them. In the Las Vegas valley, a permit is required to replace a water heater.

Toilets
Report
Toilets are actually a lot more complicated than they look. They have a tank and a bowl. The toilet flushes when the action of gravity forces water from the tank through the bowl and integrated trap of the toilet. Toilets are low flow these days to save water. It is very common for toilets to get clogged and for parts to break and malfunction.
Faucets
Report
Leaking kitchen faucets can cause damage to the cabinet underneath your sink, and worse, can cause mold and mildew to develop. Repairing your leaking faucet or replacing it with a new one is your best course of action. Code Red offers many custom solutions to replacing your kitchen faucet. Bathroom faucets are also very important for everyday use.
Water Heaters
Report
There are many reasons why your water heater isn't working properly. First, never call a handyman to install a water heater. Handymen are not licensed to install a water heater. Only licensed, Nevada plumbing contractors can install water heaters. Secondly, sometimes it's not as simple as just hooking up the water heater.

He fixed a leak pipe for us in October of 2021, and gave us a very fair price for it. The same area started leaking again in May of 2021. He came out to look and fixed it no charge. The problem wasn't with his original work, it was something else in the same area, and he still didn't charge me. He's an upstanding guy. 10/10 do recommend.

Todd with Code Red Plumbing has been our hero for the few times I have needed a plumber for our 40+ year old house which has decided to spring a few leaks. He and the company have responded quickly and done an excellent job each time and at a very fair price. He is very professional and friendly. I won't use any other plumbing company and now have them on speed dial!

Code Red Emergency Plumbing is fantastic. A carpenter installing some shelves in our home office hit a water line, causing a leak and the shut off of all water to the house. I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing around noon, and the polite and competent plumber Tom was here in about an hour. The whole situation was resolved before 2 pm and for a very reasonable price!

I called two other companies purporting to provide emergency plumbing services, but one had no available plumbers until the next day and the other could get a plumber over three to five hours later. I am very glad I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing, and they will be my first call for all of my plumbing needs going forward. THANKS!

I sent a detailed message of the plumbing repairs I needed to have done to Code Red Emergency Plumbing via the "Contact Us!" link on their website--2 days in a row. However, they never replied to my messages. I reached out to another plumbing company, and I received a reply within hours. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Code Red Emergency Plumbing.

Code Red Emergency Plumbing left a Google reply for me on 5/10/21. They stated they called me the following day at 7 am. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I NEVER received ANY form of communication from them--not even an automated e-mail reply. What's more, if they didn't feel they were capable of performing the job I requested--the next day or any other day, for that matter, the least they could have done was reached out to me to let me know I'd need to reach out to a more qualified plumber.

Came home to find the outside of my house with small geyser gushing from the side of the house, after turning off the water main to my home from the street, I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing and Jodi was so helpful and kind. I received a phone call almost immediately from Jerry, the plumber. Jerry was so helpful, gave me step by step instructions of what to do to rule out a main water leak vs a landscaping leak. I can sleep peaceful tonight! Thank you Jerry!

I am so thankful for Code Red and their plumber Jaime. We had our toilets back up at our church and I immediately called for service. They were able to have someone out (Jaime) within an hour. Jaime was professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was able to look at a couple of other items that could use attention and suggested how I could repair them without a huge cost. Ultimately, the toilets and sewage line was unclogged.

I got a good scope of what our lines look like and what to do to prevent future issues. The services was top notch and honest. There was no trying to see me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to TOM. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with. His communication and skills are way more than just a 5 star. Tom exceeds expectations. Joni is the gal that I also talk with over the phone and extremely help full. They help a stressful leak into a positive outcome. Cheers to the best company in town! Thank you .

I was in a pinch and there was a massive crisis at the house with our plumbing. I called Code Red and they were the only ones who told me they would be there in less than an hour. They arrived promptly and quickly took care of the issue. Highly recommended and will be using them again. Service: Drain cleaning

One of the plumbers left my door open and my cat. escaped. We just moved into this place and it's on a busy busy road. I'm a disabled Veteran and My cat is a VA certified emotional support animal.he is my best friend. When I discovered my door standing open and my cat gone. I'll admit I was more than 'Heated' when I addressed him. But there was no call for his couldn't care less attitude. patronizing comments, and aggressive response towards me.

The bottom line was he left my door wide open and unattended. for whatever to go missing. or some creature or bug to come wandering in. he was in the wrong all the way around. I did speak with a super nice woman there who was a great listener and knew my pain and anguish over my missing kitty an innocent creature that depends on me for caretaking. And I depend on Kitty for companionship

My water heater went out and I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing based on reviews. Frank was my service person and he was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The job was done quickly, neat, and accurately. He took my safety seriously during this pandemic. I contacted him after hours for additional questions and he responded without hesitation. Very pleased with the service! Ask for Frank!

$735 to replace a warranty water heater I could install in 20 minutes, then get home to find my new one sitting in 1/2 of dirty water. Code Red thinks your warranty is their labor profit. Lesson learned.
