Clog Pro

I reached out to Clog Pro with a request to help unblock my rain gutter drains. They were overflowing from the ground every time we had a good downpour. Louis came out and walked around the property looking for some kind of box/filter in the ground since he had a hunch he knew what the problem was. Low and behold, after running a hyrdojet into one of the drains, water came blasting out of a mulch bed we had in front of the house.

We dug up the mulch and sure enough. there was a box/filter buried in the ground. completely full of debris and caked with several pounds of asphalt from the roof shingles. I can't thank Louis enough for having a hunch as to what the problem was before he even got started. Thanks Louis and thank you Clog Pro!

Great customer service from the initial phone call until the drain was clear! Louis came out and though I was busy with meetings was able to communicate in a timely and efficient manner and keep me apprised of the work he was doing. There were no surprises, he helped me navigate the portion of the clog that was on the city side of the property line, advocating for me with the city employees. I highly recommend Clog Pro!

Louis took great care of us when we had a clog back up and flood a bathroom. Not a fun thing to wake up to but Louis made sure the line was clear and bath to flowing again. Service:Drain cleaning

Danny was super nice, and frankly worked tenaciously for 3 hours at what can only be considered a hard and unpleasant job - cleaning a stinking, root clogged 100+ year old sewer drain pipe down in my dank basement. Turns out I have bigger problems with my 100 year old magnolia out front and its root system, and Clog Pro is coming back to look further and give an estimate for some major pipe repairs.

I understand that this is likely going to be an expensive job, but I'm super impressed with them so far, and motivated to give them my business solely based on this afternoon. Danny is awesome. Recommended.

I will give two stars because at least someone was there to answer the phone for the 24 hour emergency call. I called around 11am on a Saturday and was told sorry they can get to us on Monday. I called several places with the same outcome advertising 24 hr and the only place that was true service was Roto-Rooter they were there within 2hrs and had the drain cleared in about 1hr so that the Christmas party did not have to be canceled.

As an owner for a local UPS Store, I found the service technician to be very professional and respectful to my staff and my customers as he came in and out of my building with his equipment. He detailed the job he preformed, for the commercial building nicely. He had my issue resolved in less than 24 hours of my phone call.

Critical:Punctuality I have scheduled the service with Clog Pro a week ago, service time is @noon, now is 1530 ( 3:30 pm ), still waiting. The clerk that answers the phone calls only promises, but nothing happened yet. Refused to give me contact number to the President. I wish President of this company would read this review and take appropriate steps

Robert saved the day! We had a leaky outdoor faucet and every place I called was booked out for a month+. They were able to work me into the schedule within a week. He was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. He offered great tips and explanations so that I can avoid any further issues in the future. The house we moved into has a drain in the basement that was completely blocked. I was able to get an appointment right away, Louis showed up on time and pretty quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it. It's expensive but they're running a business and I knew what to expect. I'd use them again. Service:Drain unblocking

I found Clog Pro of Vancouver, WA to be deceptive and also unwilling to be accountable for its ineffective work. I called the company for two reasons, one of which was to unclog a bathroom toilet. For this request, the company sent a technician who arrived on time and, after ten minutes of work, told me that he had been able to clear the toilet fully; the charge was $165.

This technician also told me that the company would guarantee the work for two weeks and that, if the toilet clogged again in that time, I could call the company and have it re-serviced. In fact, the toilet began to clog again within a couple days. Within one week, I called Clog Pro and left a message requesting re-service, but the company did not return to my call.

Nor did it call back after I called a second time, again leaving a message. No response. About a week and a half later, I called Clog Pro for the third time and was told by the scheduler that Clog Pro offered no such warranties on toilet unclogging and, when I raised my voice in frustration, that they would never service me again. I have to add that this scheduler seemed to take pleasure in turning me away; from the tone in his voice, I could make out that he enjoyed hearing my helpless frustration and telling me basically to pop off.

This company chases the money but does not consider their customer, turning its back after collecting its money for ineffective service. The second reason I had originally called Clog Pro was that I wanted to get an estimate on three decent-sized jobs--the replacement of the master bath tub waste and overflow, the installation of a re-circulation pump for the hot water heating, and installation of a new hot and cold hose bib on the outside hose to create a doggie wash.

When I requested these estimates, the company quickly offered to schedule me. But when I asked if they would be sending a licensed plumber, the Clog Pro scheduler hemmed and hawed before admitting they would only be sending a tech. When I insisted on their sending a real plumber, they told me they could not service me. Clog Pro doesn't seem to use licensed plumbers. Instead, they send out technicians who are not properly trained to do the plumbing work and the estimates.

No wonder my toilet clogged right back up again! This company is deceptive, in that they act as though they are assigning to your job licensed plumbers when in fact they are changing $225/hr for you to be serviced by mere technicians. Clog Pro only admitted this after I interrogated them carefully. I will never use this company again and I will warn anyone away from using this company anyone who asks me about them.

Louis & Josh showed up on time & were very professional. I appreciated them wearing their masks per the Covid recommended guidelines. They did an Exceptional job unclogging two outside (in ground) drains, & did a great job cleaning up! I highly recommend this Company. Service:Drain cleaning

Had great service from start. Called back within 5 minutes of request for appointment. Tech came as scheduled (Daniel) and was very polite, informative and up front about possible future issues. Solved clogged drain issue for now and was helpful as to future plans to resolve permanently. Service:Drain unblocking

I had water backing up into my kitchen sink Friday night and then would drain. Then Saturday through out the day the water would back up and then drains numerous times, I tried using Draino and well that was a waste of 9.00 dollars! Sunday the same thing and started making calls around. I called one guy actually Saturday and he never called me back and still hasn't. Contacted a real estate friend of mine who recommended someone, called that guy and told me that he recommends Clog Pro because by the sounds of it this was a better job for them.

I called and spoke to Scott and he told me that the first open appointment was going to be Tuesday so I made the appointment but requested that if some thing opens up to call me. An hour later I got a call that Danny was available and in my area and would come by. Danny was so professional and responsive. Told me what he needed to do and the cost, I didn't want to wait until Tuesday so I asks him to do the job. An hour later Danny had the clog gone and my water was running. Thank you Danny and I will advise the owners in my townhouse complex to call you guys!

ClogPro replaced sewer line from house to street August 10th, 2018 and did an exceptional job. Everyone I came into contact with from the company was professional and pleasant and good at their job -- from the person who first took my call (Kim?), to Jesse who gave us an accurate cost estimate and answered all our questions, to Theresa who gave an accurate start date, to the crew who did the work -- Phil, Damien, Francisco and Gaspar.

They used quality materials, with surebands at connection points, did not damage trees nor sidewalk nor curb. I was amazed at how neatly they cleaned up the site when all was done. I highly recommend ClogPro!

I can't say enough great things about the team at Clog Pro! We're selling our home and needed repairs done ASAP before we close. They were able to get to our home within a week! I stopped by to see the progress and your guys were so friendly and took the time to let me know what was done and said they weren't leaving until done!

I had a backup in my bathroom where the toilet backed up in to the bathtub and the sink and tub drained super slow. I called clog pro while another plumbing company was at my house to fix the mess that had created which resolved neither of my plumbing issues.

Louis came out three times during my plumbing crisis. Each time he took the time he arrived quick and ready to help. He assessed the problem, gave suggestions thoroughly explained what he needed to complete the service. He gave me the option of finding a clean out/ putting one in myself or his company would do it. I called them back the next day with two clean outs.
