We had a remodel of our kitchen and living room. We couldn't be more pleased. The whole team, office management, sales, project manager where easy to talk to, work with and stayed engaged thru the entire project. All departments gave great advice and paid attention to our concerns. The project site was always clean, the schedule ran on time. Detail to the little things made all the difference. Carpentry work was 1st. rate, the subcontractors for tile, flooring, electrical and cabinets worked great with the Citywide team. Big shout out to Cheri (mother hen ) Matt ( sales ) and Jim ( lead foreman and project manager ).

From the day of planning to the last day of completion of our new kitchen, we were very happy. The coordination between Jim Johnson and his contractors was nothing but amazing and each phase flowed into another with ease. Then Cheri Williams came on board and took care of loose ends quickly and efficiently. We are already planning our next project by adding a bath, looking forward to that journey with City Wide and their great staff. J England

City Wide Remodelers acted professionally and efficiently throughout the remodeling of two bathrooms in my house. They were available every step of the way, and chargered a very competitive and reasonable price. Contractors tend to be hit or miss, and I am so glad to have found my go-to remodeling service going forward. Cannot reccomend enough.

My wife and I wish to thank you for the excellent job you did in the remodeling of our weight room (previously unfinished portion of our basement) as well as the conversion of our bar area to a wet bar. The quality of service and craftsmanship provided not only met but also exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased with the end results.

I obviously spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We chose City Wide Remodelers because of their great tradition in Kansas City. They did not disappoint when they did our kitchen. They simply amazed!

We have been in business since 1955, all of our employees are English speaking (ONLY). This other company has many negative reviews and we were called today telling us about this company and how we need to have them change their company name since they have poor quality that may harm our company name and reputation.

We have always had rave reviews about the quality of their work and the professionalism of their people. Over the years they have done outstanding work on several jobs in our home. These are the only remodelers I would ever trust in my home and you will too!

I want to warn others about City Wide & JC Tiles company. City Wide showed up 1st made lots of promises and lied about all the things they could do. 2 Mexican guys showed up only 1 could speak English. They started putting in tile all crooked. I call the owner he came out and lied blame my husband who had started tiling in dinning room. They a horrible job tiling the living room and hallway.

We finally had enough after he hurry us to pack up the whole down stair so they could go faster through. He then showed up and laughing told they were taking a 2 week vacation. He said he had emailed I check, it was an hour earlier. We call The Tile Shop who gave us a list of contractors. We called JC Tiles Company. He came out and did amazing job on the Den, Kitchen and bathroom floors.

He fixed some of City Wide's horrible flooring work. Started counter top but never finished it. He contacted a sheet rock contractor named Daniel who came out and did awesome job on sheet rocking. We payed City Wide $3000 for crappy job on our living room and hallway. We were told by the other contractors to take them to court and sue them to get out money back.

Don't make the mistake we did and call City Wide or JC Tiles if you do you regret like we did: JC Tiles end up burning us worst. He took out out toilet to tile the bathroom which he never finished leaving us without a down stairs bathroom for over 2 months now. When he got the $4,200 check for the counter top. He left saying he would be back on Monday but never returned.

We made a mistake paying him for the counter top before he finish it. So now we have a messed up counter top, no back splash, bathroom not tile not finished and no toilet down stair.
