Cinderella Pools

They gave a good price and seemed great when getting the contract signed. I wanted a local small business. However, they didn't deliver even close to on schedule and tried to blame us. When I commented that her workers were at the pool about an hour out of the day she said, "my girls are not like the Mexicans. They can't stay out in the sun." Shoddy work.

Owner cared more about getting the money first rather than doing a good job. When I told her that I wasn't going to pay her the remainder until the job was done (according to the contract), she walked off the job. They don't do the re-plastering themselves, they contract it out. Spend your money supporting another more worthy small business.

All I can say is wow! Cinderella pools of San Antonio did an incredible job with my pool. In the past three years I have had 2 pools re-done on different properties and Cinderella and her team outperformed and out priced the competition. She is so easy to work with and gives you great suggestions on what to pick. She is patient and kind and an incredible person. My mother is so so happy. Don't go anywhere else, pick Cinderella!

We just had our pool resurfaced. It was 20+ yrs old and the surface had gotten worse since we bought the house 2 yrs ago.
Susan and her family did a wonderful job. They are very personable and honest. Very upfront and mindful of our budget during tile selection.
Jaz & Susan steered us in the right direction once they got a feel for what we wanted with the color of the water, plaster, tile and coping.
Jaz placed the tile on the steps in a pattern we really like.

I contacted Susan about a concern. She responded quickly and came out within 2 days- agreed upon due to our work schedules. They examined the pool which was drained due to bad algae ( hubby's fault). Anyway it was fine and they gave my husband some tips for managing the pool. Always sweet and helpful.

We contracted with Cinderella Pools pool builders for a complete pool remodel after our pool was damaged and we needed pretty extensive swimming pool repair anyway. We have been so happy from beginning to end! They were very helpful with the pool design phase, and mindful of our budget in helping us select a lovely tile pool decking.

We gave their number to our neighbor who hired them for a complete swimming pool remodel after their pool got damaged and needed pretty extensive swimming pool repairs and replastering. Huge thanks to San Antonio Cinderella Pools for our beautiful new in ground gunite swimming pool. They were one of the only pool builders in town that followed up with me after my inquiry about building a new pool with them. Their price was great and after meeting with Susan, I felt in my gut this was the pool company we should go with. Their design team worked in all the custom features our kids wanted, i.e. spa, waterfall and colored lights.

The pool construction process all went so smoothly. The entire team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and making sure we were satisfied. Our pool is also amazingly easy to take care of due to the awesome floor cleaning system and cartridge filter. We highly recommend them to anyone in San Antonio TX looking to build a pool and we will be sure to call them for any future swimming pool re-plastering or repairs!

Horrible. They left trash. They also refused to finish the job. San Antonio Cinderella Pools initially the owner appeared nice. However she took advantage of a situation, one, I JUST lost my husband, two I was purchasing services from out of state or should I say remotely. They told me something of mine was broken when I had already flown to Texas and seen my pool firsthand. Also, when she said I needed a new pump, I took her word for it.

Only to contact the previous owner and find out that my pump was about a year and a half old. When I tried to ask her to just finish the job, she says he said he's not coming back you sent him away too many times. Long story short the customer service is NOT priority and they basically got over a thousand dollars out of me in less than 2 visits! The owner said last year he might have had to spend between 2 and 3 hundred dollars. Yes, I was had!

But what goes around comes around, not necessarily in the same way Cinderella Pools. You could have at least remained courteous. And you weren't even that on the phone. Susan told me in the beginning she was just happy to have my business because things had been slow. No, she didn't appreciate my business nor did they even attempt to do the right thing.

With that being said, I do NOT recommend to ANYONE, not an enemy, especially not a friend! I would give them one star for attempting to be courteous but they leave their trash behind and criticized my home that I just purchased. She said my pool was a nightmare, it is not, however her attitude and customer service skills are. And I do not like to leave bad reviews but Susan earned hers. Have a great day and I pray that my review saves someone a little heartache and money.

Best swimming pool contractors and designers in all of San Antonio! We hired Cinderella Pools to build our dream pool but they built our dream backyard oasis relaxation escape instead! They designed and built an in ground gunite swimming pool and tile deck and it looks and feels amazing! It is party central at our place. Great service and very creative design for our challenging back-yard solution. Good quality workmanship and good choice of equipment. Three years later, the pool continues to look great and work well. A couple of minor issues that cropped up after construction were jumped-on by Aquatic Pools and resolved quickly to our satisfaction, so I can attest that they stand by their work. A really great group to work with.

It took a while but a found a swimming pool contractor I was happy with. Their quality and craftsmanship were superior and made our choice easy. Jim is the man! He provided us with excellent service! We got the swimming pool re-tiled and re-finished and he did everything to make sure it was done in time for a big party we were having. Our swimming pool is always clean and we couldn't be happier with the service and price. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were horrible through the entire SIX MONTHS and they still have left things unfinished. Our equipment is not working properly and our waterfall is leaking! We have not even been told how to operate or maintain the pool and it has had water in it for six weeks! BEWARE!
