Choice should be your first choice in Tucson. Daniel saves us recently. Our ac unit burned up and he was able to install a new one quickly. He also had a special offer at a really nice hotel for us so we could sleep well. Pricing is great and honest! We've been a Choice customer at my business for 9 years. We've always had superior customer service. I highly recommend Daniel and Choice Air Conditioning and Heating.

Daniel came out on the 4th of July in the heat of the afternoon!! He fixed the unit quickly!! You cannot ask for more!!

We've used them twice now, and they will be our go-to service from now on. Daniel came both times, and was courteous, and extremely informative. He even took the time to explain some options for a possible future improvement, and we really appreciated his honesty in making suggestions regarding the cost. By helping us to better understand how our a/c works (we're recently from Colorado), we were able to adjust our thermostat settings for greater energy efficiency.

Unfortunately, I recently scheduled an appointment to with Choice Air Conditioning and Heating. They did not come to service the AC during the service window. I received a voice mail stating that they could not find the address (they had it recorded incorrectly, despite it being stated correctly several times during the appointment set up). It took approximately 20 minutes from the time of their first call about the address for us to actually speak.

It took so long because several attempts to contact the company were met only with voicemail. By the time we spoke, I was told that they had moved on to another job and "maybe" could swing by at the end of the day. The non-professional Daniel would not commit to addressing the job that day (even if several hours late) and when I asked for a commitment for them to look at the AC that day (hours after our appointment), I was told that I should take my business elsewhere and then Daniel promptly hung up on me.

I encourage any readers to take Daniel's advice and take your business elsewhere and avoid all of the hoopla, when you'll just have to start over with a legitimate company anyway.

After dealing with literally 9 other companies and what felt like a never ending nightmare, Daniel came in and listened to the whole long story. Then he gave me our options and suggestions for how to handle different scenarios that might come up given our situation. I felt like, finally, someone was in our home who cared. Unlike others, he was never condescending, rude, or doubtful about what we went through (which has been kind of ridiculous).

He took his time and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He simply gave information and options and never tried to pressure me in any direction. And he earned my full faith and trust. Because of all we went through it would have been very easy for him to walk out of our house with a thousand dollar repair. But instead, he said we didn't need it at this time.

He gave me red flags to keep an eye out for and said to call him when we needed him. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Avery was our technician. He was outstanding. He called to give a time frame of arrival and then called with a 30 min heads up he was on his way. He was very quick to find the problem and get it fixed. Very nice and represented his company very well. Would highly recommend the company and Avery.

I have had Choice do everything at my personal home and both my rentals for years now. I trust them completely - even let them use a lockbox to come inside when no one is home. When repairs are needed, we have the discussion on replace vs repair and I get quality information to make an informed decision.

Did you know that just changing your air filter monthly can help your AC and Heating system work more efficiently? Did you know it's the easiest thing you can do before calling a repairman is to change your filter? I didn't know that until I was educated by Danielle Reed from Choice AC and Heating. They want to make sure that you are educated about your system and their technicians are well equipped to do repairs, not just sell you another system. Great company and great owners.

On time and under budget with my big commercial job, then they dropped everything and came to fix my house A/C unit during the nasty heat wave because I had kids home from school. Fast, friendly, and efficient! Thank you Choice Air Conditioning!

I'd like to take a moment to thank you, and everyone at Choice for the excellent service you provided me last week! From my first phone call to set an appointment, to Daniel's excellent repair of my A/C unit, thru to your follow-up, my experience has been top-notch! I plan on only using Choice for all my future A/C and heating needs in the future!

Choice was the 2nd company we called. Next time they will be the FIRST! The first company we called said they checked everything and just added freon, said to call if the problem of no cool air happened again. When Choice came they found that everything hadn't been checked, for if they had, they would have told us about the badly corroded coils!

Choice has been providing us with excellent service on our two HVAC systems for more than five years. They always thoroughly explain any necessary repairs and maintenance needed, and I highly recommend their annual service contracts.
