I called Chicago Garage Door regarding a broken lift motor. Eric came out the same day and clearly explained the various options. He did not push for an upgrade, but with the information he shared, we did chose to install a new device and are thankful we did. It's incredibly quiet and will be reliable for many years. What stood our was Eric's very high level of professionalism.

Brian over at Chicago Garage Door was amazing! I was able to make an appointment and receive a brand new, garage door opener all in under 2 hours time from the initial phone call. I was impressed! Brian was courteous, detailed, and efficient in his work. Before he left, he made sure I was happy with the service and had all that I needed going forward from phone apps to remotes. Our garage door opener broke and we called Chicago Garage Door. They were literally here in less than an hour. Brian B. diagnosed the issue and replaced our 27 year old opener He was polite, professional, neat and knowledgeable. He ran into a proble with the opener button in my Audi and worked tirelessly to get it to work, not an easy task. I urged him to give up but he wouldn't. This company and Brian are exceptional.

We highly recommend Chicago Garage Door, specifically Eric and Brian. Our garage door project was complicated due to a large 10'x10' custom door and low ceiling clearance, but Eric figured out how to make it all work. In addition, Eric and Brian's communication (scheduling and confirming appointments, work estimates, answering questions, letting us know when they were on their way, etc.) gave us a lot of confidence. In the end, we have a garage door that works as good as it looks. We could not be more pleased!
