Our AC stopped working properly so we called Certified Heating and Cooling and within 20-30min Matthew Ford, their tech, came out, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired and working great within the hour. 100% will use their services again with our new maintenance agreement. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Thank you for saving us from the summer heat!

Brandon did a great job. He arrived on time and quickly started to evaluate the problems I was having with my AC unit. Over the last couple of years I have had a very small leak in the freon line (6-8 months to leak out) and Brandon was first tech that has been able to locate the source. Bought a Mitsubishi Mini Split system from Certified in the summer of 2020 which we loved. The mini splits are perfect for our house, but the unit in our living room had a hard time sufficiently cooling that large room during the summer. So, the Operations Manager at Certified, Brandon Murphy, decided to replace the indoor unit with a new larger one, which seemed to help. But, next summer the same issue arose.

After a few more service calls, we determined the system was doing something very unusual and Mitsubishi needed to be involved to fix the problem. Mitsubishi was very reluctant, however, to accept that the system was behaving as I had reported and as Certified technicians had verified. It took several months, additional service calls, and lots of emails back and forth with Mitsubishi, but Brandon stayed on top of things and continued to fight on my behalf with Mitsubishi until they agreed to replace the malfunctioning system.

I now have a brand new system which is working perfectly and keeping my entire house cool. Brandon's commitment to customer satisfaction, which is sometimes hard to find these days, is second to none. He never charged me a dime for any part of the new system nor any of the service calls throughout the whole ordeal even though (as I understand it) Mitsubishi has not helped Certified absorb any of costs associated with my new system or the labor involved.

I'm very appreciative of Certified for seeing this through and particularly for the work ethic and tenacity of Brandon Murphy in staying true to his word to make things right for me, the customer.

This was a first-rate experience. Louis Pineda is a thorough hard-working and knowledgeable professional. He came highly recommended by friends, and they were right. I have total confidence in this firm and in him. He is teaching a young man named Devin, who is taking his job very seriously and will also be, I believe, an asset to the firm.

After Brad came out to service our 10 year old unit, he explained it would need substantial work due to refrigerant leak and parts that were corroded. It made more sense to replace the unit and we set up an appointment for two days later.

Certified Heating and Cooling came to my house Saturday May 21 and diagnosed my unit as having a faulty evaporator coil. They made a temporary repair and told me they would have to order the part Monday.

Very Pleased! Corey knows his A/C systems inside-out, is very thorough and a pleasure to deal with. He found that our unit had a tripped circuit breaker on the heater side, reset it and tested the heat output inside the house.
