Kenny was the inspector who came to my home to perform our termite inspection and was very kind and professional. My appointment had been scheduled early in the morning, and last minute my job scheduled me for work causing me to miss appt and completely forget to reschedule in time. Kenny was so understanding and didn't express any frustration. He even offered to come when I got off work that day to complete the inspection. I have scheduled the annual termite inspection after 1 year complete on my new home in Bentonville. But on scheduled day 02/11/2021 weather is very nasty and went below 19 F. I called and informed them to reschedule the inspection. because I don't want to inspect termite in freeze weather. I do not have confidence in inspection quality and not able to go out and see the inspection in Icy weather. but Leesa told me rescheduling will take 25 dollar fee.

I Informed to her Central Termite is responsible to call and reschedule the appointment due to icy weather. Then she told again, the team will inspect the home outside today and reschedule the indoor inspection later. Even She not able to understand my concern. I informed her not interested to do an inspection today and cancel my renewal service with them.

This is my first experience with them on renewal and it went 1 Star rating. If they have good customer service, care about customers, and proper inspection practice, they rescheduled the appointment. it is very simple request. but they failed and lost the customer.

Victor was very professional and prompt in his service. He texted me prior to arrival and was careful to put covers on his shoes when he entered the house. Victor was thorough in his review of the house and even highlighted a leak at the hot water tank that was causing a black mold issue.
