Amazing experience with Sam and his team! Every one was super professional, and showed up when they said they would and the quality of the work was top notch. I love, love, love the way my house looks. When we had initially selected colors, Sam caught that we had picked a trim color that was intended for indoor use only (and would have faded much quicker than other colors).

We were able to change direction and find something that would stand the test of time. I have an extensive garden and everyone was really careful and gentle around my plants. They covered my tomato vines while they were working near by and uncovered them when they were done. It was more than I was hoping for. Their bid was middle of the pack. I was wary of the quality and professionalism of cheaper bids and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to paint my house.

The biggest downside was the wait to get them there. Other painters told me they could do my house in April or May. Cascade came out in July. I would do it again though. Amazing, amazing to work with.

We hired Cascade Painting and restoration to paint the interior of most of our house a few weeks ago. The whole team was easy to work with, they left the house clean after each day, they did an excellent job, and were very fairly priced. Now that I am confined to the house due to the current pandemic, it is so nice to look at professionally painted walls all day! I would definitely hire them again if we need any painting in the future!

Sam and Matt are fantastic! I am a Realtor that often needs to hire painters for interior work. On a huge 5000 sqft house, with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Sam was able to hammer out the work with his crew in just a couple weeks (along with wall paper removal), and they did a fantastic job at a very very good price. I've also used them for some quick jobs and he has always been able to fit me in in a timely manner. His crew was always courteous and professional on the job site. Couldn't ask for more. This is the third time we have used Carl and his company for painting in our home. The first project was the exterior - everyone on the crew was so helpful, courteous, professional. We have had different painters and everyone seems exceptionally qualified and easy to have in your home. And the results are exceptional. So, for two interior projects (our kitchen and just recently our spa room), we didn't even get another bid. Just called Carl. They are just that good (and fairly priced)!

I presented Carl and his team with a unique challenge for commercial painting. The areas in need of a fresh coat were covered in dirt, dust, grit and grime. There were also many obstacles that had to be masked and avoided. Carl was professional and honest from the beginning. He worked around our schedule, imposing no negative impact on our production.

During a recent major plumbing repair (total interior water line replacement) on our 1980's home, many large irregular shaped sections of ceiling and wallboard were removed. Mike and Dale from Cascade Painting & Restoration, patched and painted all the areas. The repaired walls and ceiling areas are so well done, they can't be distinguished from the rest of the walls.

We needed our house repainted and I did a Google search when none of the people recommended to us called us back. I found Cascade Painting and Restoration along with two others. They took a professional but no frills/nonsense approach to our house which led to quality work at a more reasonable price than the others. The painting was done relatively quickly and the work is very good.

I had purchased a vacation house up in Welches that had been sorely abused and neglected for several years when I called Carl with Cascade Painting.

Some of the other painters almost doubled Cascade Painting's bid. Once the price was set, I added on asking if they could also paint my closet doors after signing. That was no problem and the price didn't change. Then, Cascade Painting recommended a "low luster" paint finish, rather than eggshell.

This recommendation was totally on point and looks awesome. These guys know their product down to a detail. The guys that came to my house were very nice and extremely trustworthy individuals that paid attention to every detail. They prepped, painted and cleaned, and also ventilated my house well as the paint smell wasn't oppressive. From start (initial phone call) to finish (completely done), the process was about 2 1/2 weeks or so, which I find to be a reasonable duration for painting an entire house. Good job gentlemen.

What caused me to call Cascade Painting and Restoration: After a big rain, had a roof leak onto my ceiling. First I hired a handyman to repair the roof, replace the sheet rock, and texture and paint the ceiling.

I had a wonderful painting experience with this contractor. One of the best in Portland. I had a series of painting challenges and wallpaper removal I needed done in my house and done quickly. Not only was it done fast but the work was done perfectly and at a great price.

Cascade Painting has painted the exterior of our house twice. (12 years apart). They have also painted much of my interior. They are excellent painters, very courteous, neat and professional I recommend them highly. We have had other painting contractors, prior to them, but this the best painting company that we've found.
