My moms furnace has been having issues for 2 years. Failing on the coldest days and requiring me to hit the reset button. Also clicking about 20 times before the furnace turns on. Caruso came to do a repair and the issues are finally solved. I don’t know what he did but the furnace is quieter, starting the first time and running efficiently!!!

Had a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed by Caruso Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, Tony Caruso and team, were professional and informative. Tony took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and provided a design that worked for me. His bid was competitive with the other 5 estimates I received.

His team arrived on the day and time promised, and had all components up and running smoothly 6 1/2 hours later. They had to go through 2 walls to vent the furnace. Clean up was meticulous. Had I not known they were there, I would not have have known they were there. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend Caruso Heating and Cooling to family and friends.

Great customer service!!! Technicians were running late due to busy season but I was contacted by Peggy and updated on their arrival time. The technicians were friendly and went straight to work.
