A very thorough job was done on my carpets that needed a deep cleaning. It had been too long between cleanings and i was worried the carpet was too stained and damaged, but it now looks beautiful! They did a phenomenal job on my whole home. I was very impressed with the Carpet Cleaning NYC's professionalism and courtesy. They vacuumed, pretreated areas that had high traffic, protected and helped shift furniture out of the way, and were hard working and friendly. If you want your carpets deep cleaned and not just a light dust removal, hire them. We can't get over how immaculately clean our carpet is!

Exceptional and very detailed oriented service. Six of our area rugs needed cleaning- three large, two runners and a small circular rug downstairs. They were pretty dirty with pet and coffee stains as we didn't maintain upkeep throughout the pandemic. We are thrilled with our clean rugs! Thanks for a job well done!

I spoke to Carpet Cleaning NYC the morning after I submitted a request, and came by for an assessment of the work and quote for a deep cleaning. The SQ/FT for the carpet is approximately 1800. Our carpets were embarrassingly dirty and it now looks completely different. Hands down the best cleaners I have worked with! This was very convenient for me too.

I would have given them 5 stars if I could. I was expecting visitors and then later realized that they were coming with their children who were crawling. My carpet weren't really appealing so I thought some cleaning could do and that is how I came to deal with Carpet Cleaning NYC. Quite good guys and professionals
