Critical: Professionalism Engaged this company for subcontract work. After the scheduled site survey, Capitol took the project direct. When confronted about going behind my back Management said "So what? We didn't have a contract." Make sure you have a contract if you are using them as a sub or use one of the many stand-up companies in the area.
