Failed job never finished 35k damages contract for ventilated metal roof, new porch 26k total job. Job never finished, caused 35k in water damages due to negligence poor workmanship. Refused to supply current insurance information after 11 months he says roof is done, very poor workmanship.

Would not recommend. Owner and crew missed appointments, no call no show. Clean up of job site was awful. They left nails everywhere and personal items came up missing. The owner Paul passed the complaints of to Nick who did nothing.

I hired Paul and Capital Home Improvements to finish my basement with several high end items. These include a 12 foot bar, tin ceiling, home theater and entertainment center, full bathroom with stand up shower etc. Currently we are approximately half way through the project and I have found the craftmanship to be first rate and the workers to be timely and honest.
