Extremely disappointed with post sales customer service. The job is half done and the representative, Radek doesn't bother to pick up calls. The company did not even provide me a final invoice for the job. My order included a kitchen window screen which was never put. The worst part is the company customer service lines/ messages do not respond back to any query.

They have no sense of customer priority, just show up with little to no prior intimation. I would completely give it zero stars and advise against using their services. Shame on you California Window Masters. Heights of unprofessionalism.

Very reliable and professional window company. Jacek and his crews are detail oriented and responsive. It's hard to find a company during COVID that are striving to meet customer's need. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for windows and they have not installed the windows and no response to my email, voice mail or chat. unable to reach them. It feels like a fake company doing business. please be careful if you are placing order with this company

Jacek and his team are amazing. We had them replace all windows and patio doors at 2 houses and they look great! Excellent communication throughout the entire process, quick turnaround time from estimating to installation. Highly recommend California Window Masters!

CWM installed 31 windows in my home. They did a very good-clean job. Unfortunately they left one sliding glass door unsealed at the bottom and the resulting rain caused a lot of damage. They honored there mistake and repaired the damage. I was happy. Unfortunately 6 months later two sliding glass doors lost their seal and fogged up inside. Again I was impressed that they came out and honored their warranty.

Two doors were replaced with no questions asked. Unfortunately, there is another seal gone bad on the doors. This time my calls and emails are not being returned. The Triple pane doors were very expensive and I understand they didn't manufacture them, but I can't be the only one having issues with the product. My only beef is with the lack of communication. Jacek was very good with communication until something goes wrong.

Beautiful, fire rated Plygem windows installed 11 windows and sliding doors on one of my houses in the mountains, The installer and contractor Bart is terrific! They came back after 2 months and fixed a leak over a downstairs window. I refurbish houses. Honest contractors who will come back immediately, months after they are paid, are rare. I will definitely use Amir and California Window Masters on my next job.

Jacek and his team measured and installed triple pane windows in my house. They left the place spotless after installing all my windows. Fast and efficient!

We worked with Jacek from CWM on replacing all of the windows in our house. They offered an unbeatable price, and great vinyl windows! There were minimal communication issues, but overall a very fine group to work with. Initially, the trim that they installed around our sliding doors was not what we had expected. We had thought that we would keep our existing dark wood trim, and we came home to find white trim. However, Jacek arranged to have the trim replaced within the next week, free of extra charge, even though we had already paid in full. And my wife even says the new trim looks great! We are very pleased. Thanks for the great work and excellent pricing! We couldn't be happier.

California Window Masters did a great job helping this home improvement rookie install new and improved windows without ruining the look of an older house. The rep who came out to my home was incredibly intelligent and informed when it came to making sure my home would be both beautiful and energy-efficient. Though I chose an older house, I was hoping to renovate it to make it vastly more energy-efficient. And California Window Masters was able to help me do just that. It only took a few hours for me to have better insulated windows and a more beautiful interior/exterior of my home.
