Roofers showed up late in the morning during summer heat of 100 degrees. Each day the Roofers took an hour and half lunch then came back and said it was too hot so they had to take an hour break. These guys left nails all over my yard, killed a grass area by putting a compresser on it, and I'm still finding plastic nail holders, nails, roof felt, and shingle pieces in my yard along with apple cores and cigarette butts they threw all over.

The owners son promised to straighten a pipe from our water heater that went through our roof but I had to call them back to finish this. The salesman came back instead and moved this pipe which disconnected the pipe inside thereby putting out flame on my water heater. So overall I think it was a overpriced, bad roofing job with lazy workers who took way more time than necessary and left a big mess that I had to clean up. I'm a 70 year old woman and shouldn't have to cleanup after young men who did a lousy roofing job. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Called a few companies before them and gave them several days, but no one answered. Called C C and they were out the next day. Got pictures and a quote for insurance within 20 minutes. They were very kind and fast.

Person who came to do estimate on my roof replacement was nice and answered all of my questions. However, they were overpriced compared to other local roofing companies.

They were supposed to come on Monday, which was written on the contract, to replace roof. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday. They made a huge mess, and looked at me like I was crazy when I cut them off at 8 p.m. I have kids and it was a school night. To make matters worse, when I got home, after staying away all evening, since they were working, there was only 1 guy here working. I will never even call them for a bid again.

I have used CC Roofing for many many years. Could not be happier with the jobs they have completed over the years. I guarentee that I will continue to use them, and will be proud to suggest them to my family and friends. Had a new roof installed by this company, it took 2 weeks, a couple of phones calls and a visit to their office to get the work done. I should have trusted my gut on this one. after it was installed we had a heavy down pour of rain 2 weeks ago.
