Called Adina on Friday to schedule, she sent someone by Monday to replace springs and opener. Super fast service and amazing customer service. Highly recommend them for garage-related issues.

Great service. Very fast and good quality work. I called them and they came out the same day to give me a quote. Very great pricing! They were able to fix on the spot. No charge to come out and give an estimate which is amazing since most other companies charge to come out for a quote. Very professional and helpful. Gideon did the installation of a new opener for one of our garage doors and fixed a broken spring on the other door.

When fixing one spring he noticed the other was broken and fixed that one for us as well. Fast and friendly. Gideon also offered to help me program a second remote control that I will be ordering from amazon. He sent me a video on how to program it on my own. Excellent service! Thank you!

Shachar was fantastic. I called in for a possible repair and estimate for a new system. Knew nothing about garage doors/systems. He explained options to replace what I had or upgrade to belt system. I chose the belt system. It is so much better. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and did the job quickly and cleaned up everything behind himself. He was fair with an competitive pricing. Now I have a new garage motor.

BWI Garage Door provides great service. I needed assistance with my garage door, which I thought was unrepairable but their technician (Gidon) wonderfully proved me wrong. Bottom line up front: BWI is the THE BEST for repairs and new installations. The only place I'd call. More detail: Our garage door blew a spring on a weekend; door was too heavy and its tracks too wobbly to lift by hand and we needed to get in and out of the garage. BWI got back to us quicker than anyone else, came out when few others would, and were among the most reasonable estimates. *and* did a great job fixing the door.

When it was time for a new garage door there was no question who I was going to call. BWI transformed our house with a new garage door! Now, when we pull up the front of the house looks fantastic, push the remote and the door quietly glides up, and we can find everything inside the garage because the windows let in light (without letting people see in).

They even came back with a special trim piece to make sure it looked perfect. Conclusion: Efficient, top quality work, outstanding customer service. BWI is the first and only garage door company I would call. Trust them with your repair or your new door.

BWI Garage Doors is awesome. I highly recommend them for repair/service of garage doors. One day I tried to open my garage door and it sounded like dump truck was ramming the outside of the house. The door would not open, but the opener kept trying (bless its heart). Turns out, the large spring above the door which helps open the door had snapped.

I could not even manually open the door to get my car out. Luckily, I was able to use my daughter's car to get around. I called BWI and they were ready to come out almost immediately. I told them next day was fine since I had the use of another car. They young man that came out (sorry, I forget his name) was awesome. Identified and fixed the problem and made sure all other components were ok. Very, very reasonably priced. Do not hesitate to call them

Tony, Tony, Tony! We called to get an estimate on our garage door. Tony was able to see us the same day and gave us his opinion on the work needed to be done. He was genuine, quick, and very responsive with all of our questions. He did not try to upsell us on anything nor waste our time in any way.
