My office has used Busy Brooms for over 8 years. Everything is beyond my expectations and I think they did a few of my dishes once in my small office! I recently had a problem where I got locked out of my office. My entire staff was out on vacation and I had no access to a spare key. David from Busy Brooms met me at my office, let me in with their key, and then made me a copy! I always feel comfortable with them having access to my office and I'm beyond thankful for their services.

Owner of business is so unprofessional. He blocked me in my parking spot, while he was going in and out of the building, and when I politely asked him to back up a little bit so I can leave, he asked me to wait another 3 minutes, and stay blocked in by his illegal parking while I'm on a 30 minute lunch break. When I called him upset, he got angry and started to scream that doesn't have time for silly things like this and hung up. Well, He calls me back from a different number and says "since your life is so horrible why don't you just kill me.
Just come back to the building and kill me." And of course at that point I hung up. I am not sure how someone like this owns a business. If you call their number, the sales, customer service, and accounting option all go to his cell.
