We have used Brucker HVAC for five years now. Carl Brucker has been honest. We just recently had him replace our AC unit and Furnace as a woman I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. It really helped me understand the process better. His price was very fair. When the process was finished he helped us with a way we are able to maintain our system with changing filters and maintain the condenser pump. Simple things that we can do to save money and make sure the system continues to be efficient. I really appreciated this!

Brucker HVAC replaced one of my heat pumps for a reasonable price. They also performed good work on another system to keep it running because I couldn't afford to replace it. The last two times I've called them, however, no one ever showed up. Twice, I drove for 45 minutes to meet them at my vacant rental house and no one even called to tell me they couldn't make it.
They had been very professional before, so the first time this happened, I thought it was a fluke. The second time it happened, I called and was told the tech would give me a call. Nope. Six hours past the original appointment time and more calls to Brucker, I eventually was told that the owner was coming out to meet with me. That was nice but I had to go pick up the kids. I won't allow Brucker to waste any more of my time.
