Critical: Professionalism Neil was not on the job. The crew was a bunch of college kids. Left screens that had to be reminded to fix. The window sills were not cleaned well. Job was not supervised and Neil was rude.

They (Brandon and Todd) were on time, friendly (even amused by my three year old, who was veeeery interested in them and their work), finished within the expected time despite my windows being a bit of a hassle, and did a great job.
