I had used another company both in my home and business for a number of years. When my furnace failed about two years ago the other company could not get to me for several days in the dead of winter. I contacted Breckinridge and got immediate service. This summer my A/C failed and I called the old company whose installation was a disaster.

I recently had a service call from Mark, it was just a sensor that needed cleaned and when I questioned him about possibly needing a new thermostat, he advised against it.

Breckinridge heating and cooling serviced my AC today. Mark Mason and his partner. I needed to write and say GREAT JOB EXTRAORDINARY. During the busiest time of the year probably as I had called many company's. Your company dispatched my call out, and a return call in 5 min from Mark. After a short discussion they were in the area and able to complete the service call within 1 hour.

I called them needing a repair on my A/C. When I called around for service, Mark the owner suggested that he had used one that he could install as opposed to getting a new one. I was having issues with it, and they came back out and put in a new motor. This A/C actually runs better than my old one, and has saved me cost on my monthly air conditioning bill.
