The Braemar folks did an excellent job of designing a new bathroom for the 4th floor of our townhouse. The area was very cramped and the bathroom had to be designed within severe space limitations. We couldn't be happier with how the bathroom came out. It looks great, is very functional, and is extremely efficient.

From the very first contact, Braemar was extremely professional. They were able to present an estimate with a contract within in a few days of our first conversation. I am extremely happy with my renovation. Right away, I felt like Braemar got what I wanted. We stayed mostly within budget - overruns were my doing, not theirs. They were very flexible in making changes and offered good advice at those times when I needed to make unforeseen decisions. I would use Braemar again in a heartbeat!
